Description
The ZH90 lifting axis is a linear lifting system from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik for the pendulum-free lifting and positioning of loads up to 1,200 kg.
The standard working stroke is 1,600 mm and can be extended with options such as the double stroke. The patented aluminium construction weighs just 70 kg in the basic unit and is driven pneumatically, electro-pneumatically or electrically.
Thanks to its modular design, the ZH90 can be configured from a simple lifting tool to a fully integrated system. It is used primarily in automotive final assembly and e-mobility production, for example when handling high-voltage batteries, as well as in logistics, special machinery, foundry and the railway industry. The ZH90 is manufactured at our site in Holzkirchen, Germany.
