The ZH90 Flex-Arm from Zeilhofer Handhabungstechnik is an integrated handling system consisting of the ZH90 linear aluminium lifting axis and an articulated arm manipulator. It carries loads up to 200 kg with a working radius of 4 metres and operates completely without pendulum motion. The lifting axis provides vertical positioning accuracy, while the articulated arm ensures effortless horizontal movement. Optionally, the system can be operated completely wirelessly using the 48-volt battery technology from the ZH lifting platform.

No trailing cables, no tripping hazards, no installation restrictions. An investment that reduces physical strain, increases process reliability, and integrates seamlessly into existing production environments.

04 Optional 48V battery operation
