Description

Overview
The ZAplus housing (dimensions 450–1,000 mm) provides an optimized airflow developed using CFD simulations. Manufactured by plastic injection molding, the ZAplus nozzle works in concert with the biomimetic FE2owlet and FE3owlet blade designs. Integrated guide vanes and a short diffuser on the pressure side improve performance and acoustics. Existing systems can be retrofitted by replacing the fan to increase air output and reduce operating costs with minimal sound emissions.

Product specification
ZAplus is a flexible, cost-effective and environmentally considerate fan system combining an optimized full nozzle with guide vane, motor suspension and short diffuser together with FE2owlet/FE3owlet fans. The system delivers high pressure capability and improved efficiency with fully speed-controllable airflow and low noise emissions. Higher system efficiency results in measurable cost savings per unit. ZAplus axial fans are available with AC or ECblue external rotor motors and are suitable for mechanical engineering, system technology, refrigeration and air conditioning, energy and environmental technology, and automotive applications.
