ZED26 High Resolution Eddy Current Sensor is a single probe eddy current displacement sensor with excellent displacement resolution (up to 0.0005% FSO), which can measure ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic all metal materials. The system is developed based on the balanced bridge eddy current technology, which is easy to use and has excellent performance, and can be used in various extreme environments. Whether it is used for scientific research or automated process control, the system can show excellent performance, especially suitable for applications requiring high-resolution displacement feedback control, such as optical positioning stages, atomic force microscopy, rotational axis position detection, etc. ZED26 system consists of two parts: measuring probe and controller. The measuring probe extracts the distance information as the impedance information of the coil, and the phase demodulation circuit in the processing circuit converts the impedance information into a voltage signal related to the displacement, which is output after linear correction by the digital module. Among them, the ZED26 controller has 2 interfaces, one is the probe interface and the other is the input and output interface. One end of the connection between the cable and the processing circuit is a 10-pin self-locking air plug, and the other end is divided into 3 interfaces: power supply port, analog output coaxial cable, and digital output DB9 interface. The ZED26 system is simple and easy to use: connect the probe to the processing circuit, connect the power cord, and turn on the power in sequence, and the power indicator light turns on and it can be used normally.
