Overview
The AllroundLine is a customizable, highly versatile universal testing machine suitable for applications in all industries. It is available as a floor-standing testing machine (models Z100, Z150, Z250) and as a table-top testing machine (models Z005, Z010, Z020, Z030, Z050, Z100, Z150). A proven operating concept combined with a flexible, modular load-frame design makes the AllroundLine an optimal solution for demanding testing applications, whether for quality control or for research projects.

Floor-standing testing machine vs. table-top testing machine

• Table-top testing machines: Used for almost all tests where low to medium specimen elongation occurs. One or optionally two test areas are available. Can be equipped for applications beyond ambient temperature with temperature chambers.
• Floor-standing testing machines: Primarily used for tests with higher forces, for materials with large strains (e.g. rubber), for integration of larger temperature or environmental chambers, or for testing very large components. One or optionally two test areas are available.

Technical overview

• Crosshead/test speeds depending on type: from 0.00005 mm/min up to 3000 mm/min (model-dependent). Testing machine speed independent of test load.
• High test-speed range usable without restriction. Test loads up to 110% of machine nominal load permissible to compensate for heavy combinations of fixtures and accessories.
• Available for test loads up to 250 kN and with test-area heights from 1030 mm to 2560 mm.
• Can be operated with standard commercial PCs or laptops; no special expansion cards required.
• CE-compliant safety device available; safety technology and industrial components comply with IEC 60947 and EC Machinery Directive.
