The FANUC product line includes a broad robot range (0.5kg to 1350kg) able to manage a wide range of handling application. The vast choice, the excellent program possibilities and the fact that FANUC is the worlds biggest robot producer are for partners decisive factors for the choice of a robot supplier.
A distinctive point at FANUC is the superiority in Vision technology. Thanks to the vision system, the product handling is coupled with the camera, which gives the position of the product with very high precision.
Therefore, it is unnecessary to present the product in a pre-programmed position. This strongly reduces the programming effort.
With ROBOGUIDE, FANUC also offers a high-quality offline simulation and programming system which includes all FANUC robot types. Complete handling projects can be simulated and programmed, including the integration of external cells.

Auto Stocker
For automatic production systems a parts feeder to robot is one of an important element. If orientation and position of workpieces are not accurate, automatic system will not run efficiently. Frequently, sensitive or odd-shaped parts are not suitable for bowl feeders and vision systems will not be economical solution. These parts should be presented by trays which are available in the market and easy to transfer an reuse.
Hiratas Auto Stocker solves your tray feeding problem economically. The Auto Stocker is designed as tray changing system to palletize or depalletize workpieces by robot. Its accurate positioning, fast tray change time and sufficient storage of trays meet the requirement of your automatic production system. The typical applications for the Auto Stocker are for assembly operation, palletizing for injection molding machines and loading/unloading workpieces for machine tools.
If the buffer capacity of two piles of full trays and one pile of empty trays not enough you can attach additional buffer segments to the basic tray feeder. If a pile of full trays is heavier than 15 kg in case of frequent tray change respectively maximal 25 kg in case of once in a while it is forbitten by law that the operator carries the tray stack. In such cases it is possible to add on a docking station for a cart which feeds in and out the the trays. In the full automated version of the tray feeder you can connect the Autostocker with an AGV.

What does it do?
* The Delta Robot is a three or four-axis vision-guided robotic system for handling on-the-fly, un-oriented products. Ideal when the in-feed cannot be predicted, or is random
How does it work?
* The robot is an overhead supported, three or four axis robot, with a large working envelope. Product enters the working envelope after being detected by a highly accurate camera system for orientation. The robot takes the input from the camera, goes directly to the product and re-orientates the product while placing it in the location or container specified, all at speeds exceeding 150 picks per minute!

Amazing flexibility!
Using vacuum cups or mechanical grippers, a Bosch Delta Robot can be created to suit nearly any application. Two forms of robots are provided by Bosch. One of which is a Top Loader, the other is a Feed Placer. In Top Load applications, the product is picked from an incoming flow and placed in a case, carton, or tray. Feed Placers pick product from an incoming flow and place it directly into your wrapper infeed, thermoformer infeed, bucket chain conveyor, or nearly any form of a flighted or pitched conveyor.
Faster than conventional robotics!
The Bosch Delta robot arrangement allows the actuators to be located in fixed positions, greatly reducing the mass of the moving structure. In turn, this enables the Delta Robot arms to move at an exceptional rate - up to 10 times the acceleration of gravity!

TM Robotics offer a series of SCARA robots from the TH-250 through to the SR-1504. All have unique handling capabilities for varying workloads. The SCARA range can offer robots with arm lengths of 250mm to 1500mm, and workload capacitys from 3kg to 70kg.
Perhaps the most innovative of the Toshiba Machine SCARAs are the TH-250 and TH-350, which provide better accuracy and repeatability than comparable SCARA's, and offer quicker cycle times and faster motion. These new SCARAs are so precise that they can even be used to good effect in the electronics industry. The TH-250 and TH-350 feature payloads of up to 3kg and repeatability of ?0.01mm. These robots are suited to applications in the handling of small components, such as electrical, mobile phone and camera parts, assembly and test equipment. Other applications that demand similar accuracy are hard disk drive assembly, as well as very high precision work, such as optical lens grinding and watch assembly. Furthermore, the TH-250 and TH-350 allow the user to place electronic components on PCB boards, or even handle the optical pick up lenses used in CD and DVD disc drives.
