Click-Inox® keyboard is provided with a inox frontal panel, seamless and with no gap, where the keys are made out of. For this reason the cleaning operation is very easy also in hard environments. The structure is really practical and solid: thanks to a simplified bedding, the thickness is so thin that reaches up to 0,7 mm. At the same time, Click-Inox® keyboard is strongly resistant against atmospherical and chemical agents, as well as dusts: it assures a complete impermeability. This product is guaranteed to be used in extreme and in special weather conditions. The available models of the Click-Inox line range from 4 to 85 keys, with frontal and back assembly and with a trackball as pointing option. The Technical Staff offers a consultancy service on top of customized solutions meeting any special need. In the side photo an example of a Click-Inox keyboard, 85 keys, with a front panel and a trackball, as pointing option. The backlit is not feasable due to the unique layer and the thermoformed keys. Best if used with applications where the digit is limited, while it is proveful above all in the pharmaceutical and alimentary field.

The high-quality industrial keyboard TKG-105-MB-IP68 of the keyboard specialist InduKey® Keyboard Production from Treuen, Germany was tested in the Institut for medical microbiology & hospital hygiene (clinical center of the Philipps university Marburg) on risks within the hygiene-sensitive fields. These tests have shown that the data input device is best suited for exertion in hygenically critical and sensitive fields regarding the possibility of a spraying and/or a wiping disinfection.
The complete keyboard surface is provided with a complete silicone cover, which causes a high stability against chemicals. The cable connection consists of a non-spiral, smooth and sealed data cable.
The lower surface of the Induproof is closed by a stable, disinfectant persistant metal plate, so it is resistant against solvents and acids.

InduKey®’s comprehensive range of industrial short travel keyboards offers exceptional reliability for the Food & Beverage industry. InduKey® keyboards and input devices have been designed and manufactured to withstand the demands of heavy industrial cleaning, up to IP68 standard, a must in today’s industry.
These short travel keys provide an excellent tactile feedback for the user. All InduKey® short travel keyboards use high quality OMROM mechanical switches on a reinforced PCB which also contains the keyboard controller. A 3mm thick aluminium plate is placed over the top and will protect the keys and PCB from any heavy impact. The 150 µm thick Autotex polyester frontsheet is wear and tear resistant as the legends are printed on the underside and is also resistant to most industrial chemicals. The keyboards are available in desktop, 19 inch rack-mount or panel mount versions. Our short travel keyboards are sealed up to IP65 specification and are available with trackball, IP68 optical trackball, capacitive/resistive touchpad or joystick. The TKS-083-Serie comes in two models: powder coated aluminium frontplate with silicone keys or anodized aluminium frontplate with metal coated silicone keys. Based on carbon-on-gold switching technology, these keyboards can be used in many different industries from laboratories to POI to noise sensitive environments.
These ultra quiet keyboards allow multiple users to simultaneously use the keyboards where noise levels are required to be kept to a minimum. The anodized
aluminium version with metal coated keys will aesthetically compliment any POI system and is strong enough to withstand heavy use. The new edition to this range of mechanical, metal keyboards offers six rows of keys including the standard ‘F’ function keys. The ‘F’ keys perform the same, standard functions as any other office keyboard. Different language layouts are available also.
Even with an extra row, the external dimensions of the MF2 layout are exactly the same as the existing 5-row keyboards, so existing equipment can be upgraded without design changes.
Strength and durability are at the heart of this product. A brushed, stainless steel front plate provides resistance to shock and vandalism up to IK09 (10J) and resistance to liquid and dust penetration to IP67. The anti-pull-off keys are made from Zamak with a chrome finish and offer more than four million operations. Key markings are enhanced by using laser engraving methods to give better resistance to wear.
The keyboard can be supplied with an integrated numeric pad, similar to a standard office keyboard, or with an integral ‘trackball’ pointing device, which is available in three types: stainless steel, phenolic (plastic), and optical.
The optical trackball provide full sealing to IP67.

An exclusive design combined with high-quality technology results in the new high-grade stainless steel space saving keyboard "Industeel" from InduKey®. The data input device with 84 keys distinguishes by its congenial key form: The key tops with finger identation. You will have the best tactile feeling due to carbon contact. Big letters ensure best operation comfort. The Industeel is used within public ranges, which require a vandal proof keyboard, e. g. information terminals and kiosks. Therefore the keyboard is also dust and water-protected (IP65 / Nema6) and possesses non-removable key caps.

Wall Switch Keypad Smart Card Reader
Using 13.56 MHz contactless smart card technology, the iCLASS RK40 provides a powerful solution. Combine a contactless card presentation with a personal identification number (PIN) to support dual authentication of identity. Or, configure the panel for single-factor authentication, using only a card or a PIN.
The PIN can be verified either at the access control panel or locally by the keypad reader. When verified locally, the PIN must be programmed into the iCLASS card.
Featuring crisp architectural styling, the keypad reader has an elegantly curved faceplate. The 12-position weatherproof keypad uses discrete switches to provide positive tactile response, optionally reinforced by an audible tone. The keypad also features a waterproof silicone rubber boot, vandal-resistant metal keycaps, and backlit numbering.

Data Output Formats
The keypad reader reads standard proximity format data from HID iCLASS® cards, and will output data as encoded. When reading MIFARE® cards, the keypad reader can be configured to output 26-bit, 32-bit, 34-bit, or 40-bit Wiegand formats based on the card serial number. Order RK40 Transit reader p/n 6139 to obtain Sony FeliCaTM IDm compatibility.
Wiegand keypad data format can be configured for transmission of individual key presses as ASCII encoded Hex digits, or for buffering and transmission of the PIN as a card number in SIA 26-bit format with a configurable facility code.
