Peiseler spindle positioners are available as NC units with backlash adjustable split worm drive, or direct drive. The spindle positioner is available in a single or two axis design. The spindle positioner can be adapted to a variety of commercially available spindles. The high quality Meehanite-casting, distortion free axis clamping, manifolds with hardened steel shaft running in bronze bushings, as well as the appropriate selection from several types of high grade bearings, assures the highest possible precision. Diverse gear ratios or gear reducers allow for the optimal adaptation to any load condition. The use of very accurate measuring systems in combination with a high mechanical accuracy, results in only a few seconds of arc positioning deviation. The robust design enables simultaneous four or five axis machining even under heavy machining load. Special spindle adaptation can be designed to meet customer requirements.

1. Spheroidal Cast Iron.
Greatest absorption of vibrations, low thermal expansion, very good dimensional stability, high tensile strength.
2. Solid main input shaft (one integral piece with the drive taper) case hardened and ground.
Better rigidity, resistance to stress and power output.
3. Shafts supported by sets of super precision pre-loaded angular contact bearings with Long Life grease lubrication and ABEC 7 accuracy rating.
This location of bearings gives a great rigidity to the head allowing the shafts to extend following the increase in temperature without loosing rigidity and damaging the pre-load of the bearings.
4. Spiral bevel gears in a higher performance materials with a strength in excess of 300 kg/mm2 used in the F1 racing, aerospace and military fields.
Concentration of high power capacity within a confined space.
5. Computerized computation of the data of the set gears.
In order to have more than one tooth working during mesh so that more power can be transmitted and longer gears life, better meshing of the teeth during rotation and, as a consequence, almost no noise.
6. More than 40 Angular Heads types
availabe. Widest range of applications on machines and work-pieces with particular overall dimensions and shapes.
7. New types of Angular Heads with reduced weights and overall dimensions.
The smallest type able to enter a hole of only 30mm, while the huge one able to give a 250 Nm output power.
8. Double seal on the front (mechanical seal+gasket). Better protection of seals and internal parts from coolant infiltration in order to increase the Angle Head working life.
9. Coolant feed through the collet chuck (option). For specific applications which require it such as: working operation from 10 upto 70 bar (dry or wet running).
10. Coolant feed through the spindle (option).
For specific applications which require it such as: working operation upto 10 bar (dry or wet running).
11. Ceramic ball bearings, special seals and balancing of each part and component (optional).
In order to reach High speed ratio upto 12000 rpm.
12. Aerospace external finishing.
Reduced weights and overall dimensions.

E2 products are known world wide for their quality, durability, precision and power. Each series of E2 units are the most compact in the market today.
E2 has a wide range of boring units widely used in all kinds of applications.
E2 customers benefit from the high quality of the E2 product line with less down-time and reduced operating costs. The compact design of the E2 units together with a good service of CAD-drawings/-models makes the design of the surrounding machine more convenient.
E2´s concern for the worker and his environment is evident in all E2 products. Low noise levels and non-lubrication features eliminating oil mist in the air is a common denominator for the E2 product line.
E2´s self feeding units utilizes a build in hydraulic feed control system. They combine precision with power enabling high precision also in multi-spindle head applications. The extremely compact Air hydraulic drilling units cover your need when drilling smaller holes. E2´s electro-pneumatic and - hydraulic units are to be used when more power is needed. You will still have the E2 durability and precision. The E2 product line also includes non-feed pneumatic units.
