At any point with limited space, where the process pressure has to be indicated locally, and, at the same time, a signal is wanted to be transmitted to a central controller or remote control room, the model PGT23.063 INTELLiGauge can be used.
Through the combination of a mechanical measuring system and electronic signal processing, the process pressure can be read securely, even if the power supply is lost. The model PGT23.063 INTELLiGauge fulfils all safety-related requirements of the relevant standards and regulations for the on-site display of the operating pressure of pressure vessels. An additional measuring point for the mechanical pressure indication can thus be saved.
The model PGT23.063 is built upon a high-quality, stainless steel pressure gauge in safety pattern version model 23x.30 with nominal size of 63. The pressure gauge is manufactured in accordance with EN 837-1.
The durable, fully-welded Bourdon tube measuring system produces a pointer rotation proportional to the pressure. An electronic angle encoder, proven in safety-critical automotive applications, determines the position of the pointer shaft - it is a non-contact sensor and therefore completely free from wear and friction. From this, the pressure-proportional, 4 ... 20 mA electrical output signal is produced.
The electronic WIKA transmitter, integrated into the highquality mechanical pressure gauge, combines the advantages of electrical signal transmission with the advantages of a local mechanical display.
The measuring span (electrical output signal) is set automatically along with the mechanical display, i.e. the
scale over the full display range corresponds to 4 ... 20 mA.

Badotherm seals are available in stainless steel AISI316 as standard. They can also be manufactured in all known exotic materials. Naturally, our seals can be supplied with 3.1.B and other material identification certificates. The smallest diaphragm diameter offered is 23 mm / 1” and the biggest diaphragm is 89 mm / 3½”. At these dimensions the lowest possible measurement for a chemical seal mounted to a gauge pressure transmitter is 10 mbar and we can even reach as low as 2 mbar for a DP measurement. We offer a temperature range from –140 °C to a maximum temperature of 400 °C. With a wide choice of system fill fluids and diaphragm materials, the Badotherm chemical seal range is the most flexible and extensive available in the industry.
Badotherm seals can be added to virtually any pressure measuring device. Pressure gauges, transmitters, sensors and switches are all compatible. The purpose of a chemical seal is to protect instrumentation from extreme temperatures, and from aggressive, highly viscous, corrosive, heterogeneous abrasive, and toxic media’s. Chemical seals enable not only, hygienic connection of measuring instruments in the process industry, but can also be used for simple wastewater applications or more highly sophisticated process- and petrochemical applications

Diaphragm Seals with Thread or with Flange Connection, Models MDM 7210, 7211 and 7280
Chemical seals models MDM 7210 and 7211 consist of three separate parts: the upper housing with welded diaphragm, the lower housing and the attachment flange.
Different materials can be combined, and different connection types and sizes. This way, our chemical seals series MDM 72.. are available in suitable variations for innumerable applications and media.
The construction and function of these models are similar, but the allowed minimum and especially the maximum pressures differ.
MDM 7280 is constructed for higher pressure (400 or 600 bar). It has no separate attachement flange as the other models, but the upper and the lower housing are tied directly together by 6 bolts M 20.

Differential pressure measurement is a crucial parameter for determining pollutant pathways for IAQ and worker exposure applications. It is also a key HVAC parameter in commercial and institutional buildings and in manufacturing plants, among many other important applications.
Each Zephyr II instrument includes a built-in, auto-zeroing, micro-manometer and 'K'-type thermocouple input for measuring differential pressure, static pressure and temperature. The auto-zeroing feature allows for highly accurate differential pressure logging over time. With a pitot tube, the Zephyr provides direct air velocity readings. Zephyrs can also be fitted with a telescoping 3-function probe (model 2300 AHTS) to measure humidity, temperature and (hotwire) airspeed.
The Zephyr II range has been designed with the user in mind. The large rubber grip and simple membrane switch pad ensure the unit is comfortable to use allowing pushbutton operation even with gloves on. The 2300 AHTS probe attaches to the side of the instrument for single-handed operation.
The display and menu system provide step-by-step guides for each operation. This ensures minimal user training is required. Data capture is included as standard to allow duct traversing. Volumetric flow is calculated by simply entering the size of the duct and the instrument performs the necessary calculation.
The Zephyr II is a stand-alone instrument. However, with all of it's available parameters, it may be interfaced to any GrayWolf WolfSense PPC or LAP mobile PC based system via a CF serial card (model ACC-SCDPC); opening the door to the full extent of GrayWolf's DirectSense product features.
