LSV and LSVG are compact and safe conductor lines with aluminium housing. These systems are ideal for indoor and outdoor use, for all types of installations like cranes, monorails, hoists, power tools, machine tools, storage and retrieval systems, and many other mobile machinery applications. They are especially well suited for higher ambient temperatures. The systems can be supplied with 4 - 11 conductors rated from 60 up to 300 Amp. The housing consists of two prefabricated profiles. The polarizing long and short lip profiles prevent accidental reversal and avoid phase reversing of current collectors. An anodized finish is available for aggressive site conditions. Standard lengths are 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 m.

The Copperhead Conductor Rail was invented by PAUL VAHLE in the year 1912, and from this beginning the VAHLE COMPANY continuously improved and developed the many Rail Systems, detailed in this catalogue. The "T" or "hollow T" section and the extruded copperhead is drawn through a special die, which compresses the copper flanges around the dovetail head of the rail, connecting the two components to a 100 % rigid unit.
The well-known VAHLE Copperhead Conductor Rails represent a neat and compact arrangement and have proven an outstanding success for safe power feeding of: Travelling cranes, Loading bridges, Container handling equipment, Monorails, Hoists, Coking machinery and many other applications. The VAHLE Copperhead Conductor Rails are available in sizes to meet individual current requirements from 200 to 3.000 Amps.
