Serapid has introduced the PSH C-clamp to its line of quick die change clamps.
The clamp is designed to work with dies with a flat edge. When mounted on a T-profiled base, the clamp forms a bracket device, which then is manually inserted into a slot on the bolster or slide.
In automated die changes, the clamp head alone can be mounted permanently on the press. The clamp is hydraulically actived and opened with a spring. The clamping height can be individually configured through the height of the base peice or using a custom-sized spacer.
The clamp is available in sizes from 20 to 100 kN.

Block Clamps
Jergens StayLock Block Clamps are multi-purpose utility clamps designed for many versatile applications. Block Clamps may be mounted for either vertical or horizontal clamping. They may be used with strap clamps or similar workholding devices for maximum adaptability (see illustration below). The Block Clamp plunger has a 1/4 - 28 thread on the I.D. for use with various contact points.
Retractable Clamps / Proximity Switch
Jergens StayLock Retractable Clamps are designed to allow quick change of molds in injection molding machines and die casting machines. The locking arm, which retracts into the clamp body for easy loading and unloading of a mold, is adaptable to clamp many standard mold slots. The Retractable Clamp is double acting and includes alternate clamp and release ports for easier hydraulic plumbing set-up. Locking units are capable of retaining forces in both axial directions. They are used in a wide variety of machines. In most versions the clamping is spring actuated, and hydraulic or pneumatic pressure is required to release it. Shaft diameters range from 10 to 250 mm. The respective holding forces vary from 0.1 to 1000 kN, depending on style and customer requirements.

SERIES-9 CLAMPS
This adjustable low profile, cam action clamp provides clamping of different size work pieces merely by rotating the clamp to one of its other edges.
The clamps are 10mm high and use an M12 cam screw. Each of the six clamping surfaces is a different distance from the centerline by 1mm as shown in the chart. Therefore, one Series-9 clamp can hold parts that vary up to 9.4 mm simpy by rotating the clamp to a different clamping surface.

This clamping set is self-centring with excellent concentricity. The extremely small outer diameter is space-saving and suitable for small wheel diameters. The spacer ring between the outer flange and the hub maintains the fitting position in the axial direction to enable exact positioning without a shaft collar. The push-off threads in the outer flanges are used for dismantling.
