The "RIGIDIAL" Indexing Tables are mechanisms used to transform a uniform rotary input drive into a series of equal output motions.
The Indexing plate is supported by a large diameter crossed roller bearing that can withstand considerable axial and radial forces, while retaining high levels of accuracy and rigidity.
The globoidal, nitrided or hardened and ground cam, ensures excellent wear resistance, and the pre-loaded cam followers provide accuracy in positioning.
These tables have been designed to achieve optimum performance at a very competitive price.
RIGIDIAL is available in five versions: RIG04-RIG06-RIG09-RIG19-RIG25, that allow transmitting torque from 93 (Nm) to 7.500 (Nm), with the number of stops ranging from 2 to 32.

Tilt / Turntable for individual location and clamping of complicated workpieces
For linear measurement on surface, roughness and/or roundness measuring equipment it is necessary to align surface/outlines to be measured parallel to the measuring axis or to move the part into the corresponding axis. Because this is often a problem especially with uneven, convex or concave parts, so-called swivel tables are used. The tables integrated into measuring equipment usually only cater for small parts; large tables are not ergonomically usable because of the heavy weight involved.
Also such tables on offer from measuring equipment manufacturers are mostly dedicated to their particular devices.
Witte Bleckede has developed an all-pupose tilt/turntable with additional adjustment possibilities in X and Y in high-quality aluminum, which due to its low weight simplifies handling and enables location and fixation of parts up to 220x160mm.
The table surface is infinitely adjustable in 360° and can be tilted up to 90°. In X and Y axis it is also infinitely adjustable to +/- 12,5mm. All settings can be locked and a Nonius scale enables accurate, repeatable setting for further parts.
The surface is equipped with through bores Dia. 6 and M5 threads for locators as well as M4 threads around the outside for mounting end stops.
The tilt-turntables from Witte are also ideal for applications on coordinate measuring machines for measuring difficult to access features like bores or slots. Since the clamping surface can be moved freely in any direction, it is easy to align measuring points parallel to the measuring machine axis, thereby simplifying measuring process reducing time and effort.

Permanent magnet, PL model
Its main feature is lack of connection to the power supply.
Inside, there are permanent magnets whose magnetization is guaranteed for life. They lack maintenance, only regular cleaning must be performed, removing iron captured, because, if they build up, they can "short-circuit" the magnetic force.
They are installed hanging on the conveyor belt, parallel to it, and keeping a distance above it, according to its features.

ELECTRO-PERMANENT SYSTEM FOR MILLING
Grid magnetic plates
Center hole Ø 50 H7,
lateral referenceres and grid
pitch 50 mm with hardened
bushings for a highest workpieces
positioning repetability.
Elicoils in inox steel
10GOOD REASONS FOR CHOOSING
THE ELECTRO - PERMANENT SYSTEM
1 - No energy consumption: the chuck absorbs power only for a few seconds during the magnetizing and de-magnetizing
phases.
2 - Always safe: if during the working plase current is cut out, the chuck remains magnetized.
3 - Immediate work loading/unloading piece: only a few seconds for loading/unloading the piece from its working position.
4 - Simple and practical: very simple commands from the pushbutton panel.
5 - Extremely accurate machining: the fixing force is electronically proportioned to the machining at hand by precisely
adjusting the magnetic power.
6 - Perfect clamping: since it is uniformly distributed along the surface, it allows a finishing quality without deformations.
7 - Totaly free working surface: the working face are free and clear of neutral points used for mechanical fixing.
8 - Flexibility: prompt, since the discharged chuck is immediately ready to accept a new piece, even of a different size.
9 - Reduction of others costs: all structures and other dedicated casings are eliminated even as a traditional cost items.
10 - Machine full exploitation: during machining, all available working surface is used.

- Fine grinding within reach
Thanks to its solid construction and the evenly distributed magnetic force, you can grind accurately without deformation.
- Aesthetic, highly accurate design
The construction not only functions as a unity; it has expressly been designed like that. Monoblock body, top plate and steel frame are mechanically and magnetically bonded, and offer an exceptional stability and precision.
- High degree of reliability and efficiency
The entire width of the Neomicro2 can be loaded, whilst maintaining a high holding force. The system power also allows for holding uneven work pieces.
- High magnetic clamping force
The twin Neodymium magnetic system generates a force of 130 N/cm2; a staggering 60% more than the average micro pitch chuck.
- Low remanence
Residual magnetism is negligible, enabling you to easily remove your work piece from the holding surface, once the chuck is deactivated.

Chucks are widely used holding tools especially in the metal working industry. The most common types work on the principle of magnetism where the magnetism is, depending on the type, created by permanent magnets, electromagnets or a combination of both. The use of magnetic chucks for holding pieces of work made of ferromagnetic materials has many advantages over more
conventional clamping methods. Rapid work positioning since the chuck is simply switched on and off by means of a single handle. Besides the fixed handle, all of
Bakker Magnetics permanent magnetic chucks can be supplied with a detachable handle using an allen key. The ability to switch the magnetic force on and off allows work to be positioned easily and accurately, the choice of the type of chuck being largely determined by the shape and size of the piece of work.
