FIBROPLAN® NC indexing tables
with backlash adjustment worm drive or torque motor for use in machine tools for universal positioning and round and multi-axis processes (simultaneous operation). The MRT series up to a size of 1250.
The MRT (Milling Rotary Table) series up to a machine size of 1250 is designed for horizontal and vertical machining centres and used for milling and boring in positioning and continuous operation modes. RTH Series direct drive rotary stage provide superior angular positioning and are designed to eliminate backlash, friction and wear problems associated with worm, gear and belt drives.
It combine axial brushless RotoLinear motoring modules and planar air bearings in a compact, direct drive configuration.
Large area air bearings provide sufficient payload stiffness and maximizes performance in respect to wobble and run-out. Radially distributed RotoLinear motoring modules provide high positioning stiffness during rotary indexing and when installed on moving XY tables.

Only 3 1/2" in height, this new low profile interloc is 1 1/8" shallower than the conventional Walker Interloc and a full 1 1/2" less than competitive units of the same type. The Alpha Bi-Polar (ABP) has grown out of the need of many customers desire to hold bar stock, both flat and round. The ABP allows the user to have complete access to the top of the part without straps interfering with the process and reduces set up considerably.

FIBROTAKT® Flush-Mount Tables were developed for use on rotary transfer machines. The concept derives from the well-tried FIBROTAKT®-series and is based on the principle of combining indexing and locking in a non-lifting system of face gear rings.
