The rigorously modular construction of STAHL CraneSystems's SH and SHW ranges permits practically unlimited combinations of components both for simple and for individual solutions. Rigid Mount Trolleys
Capacities: 1/4 to 6 ton
These Rigid Mount Trolleys are designed especially for use with lug suspended hoists. The trolleys attach directly to lug brackets on hoists, thereby forming integral trolley-hoist combinations, offering close headroom dimensions-making the trolley-hoist ideal for hoisting applications where distance from floor to Ibeam is limited.
The trolleys are of all steel construction to provide maximum strength.Wheels have hardened treads, insuring long life, and operate on ball bearings for easy travel.
On hand geared models, the hand chain operated wheel turns a pinion which meshes with wheel gears for ease of operation and accurate spotting. The chain guide keeps the chain aligned with the wheel and helps prevent fouling. The wheel gears and drive pinion have machine cut teeth. Anti-tilt rollers are provided on hand geared trolleys, as well as the 1-ton push type for extended hand chain wheel hoist, to eliminate tilting of trolley on beam when operating with light load or without load.

Impact résistant Lexan resin covers are utilized to protect the gearing and load brake. The covers are designed for protection only and do not support bearings. They can be removed easily for inspection and/or maintenance.
Load Chain:
The zinc plated load chain is close link coil type,
electric welded alloy steel and is heat treated for
wear and impact résistance. Ail links are of uniform size and shape to permit proper seating in the load sheave pockets. The dead end of the chain is securely attached to the hoist in a manner which will permit ease of replacement.

The HCH hand chain hoist model is designed using the latest technology and manufactured with quality materials. This chain hoist is compact with low headroom and light weight for easy installation. This hand chain hoist is made with heat treated reduction gears, top hook pivots and swivels for easy rigging. Sealed, pre-lubricated ball bearings provide long service life with low maintenance. This hand chain hoist can be suspended either by push trolley or geared trolley, or simply by its top hook. Hand chain hoists provide a convenient means for hoisting heavy objects. When a chain hoist is used, the load can remain stationary without requiring attention. The slow lifting travel of a chain hoist is also advantageous in that it permits small movements, accurate adjustments of height, and cautious handling of loads. All capacity ratings are metric (1 ton = 2,200 lbs).

Push and Hand-Geared Trolleys

- Heavy rolled steel side frames extend beyond the wheels providing superior strength and added protection for trackwheels
- Thick section steel clevis suspended from steel equalizer pin. Alloy steel axles and equalizer pins are heat treated for maximum strength and wear life.
- Trolley wheels are fully machined from alloy cast iron and hardened for high strength and long service life. Units 1/4 through 16 tons employ universal wheel treads for use on flat or tapered beam flanges. 25 ton model operates on American Standard I-beams with tapered flanges. - Lifetime lubricated, precision ball bearings standard on units through 3 ton capacity. 4 ton trolleys and greater feature eight, sealed Timken, tapered roller bearings and grease fittings.
