INNOVATIVE belt grinding machine that allows TWO DIFFERENT KIND OF OPERATIONS:
“DRUM” GRINDING for flat surfaces: finishing and satining operations on tubes and bars with square and rectangular section, sheets and plates made of stainless steel, iron, aluminium, brass and other metals. Particulary suitable for deburring operations on laser/plasma cut or sheared sheets.
“CENTRELESS” GRINDING: finishing and satining operations on straight tubes and bars having round section (on request).
The machine is supplied ready to be used with the following STANDARD EQUIPMENT: automatic feed for flat surfaces processing, pre-arrangement for connection to dust collection plant, motors voltage 400V/50Hz, n°2 abrasive belts in different grits, service keys, instructions book and CE conformity declaration.
ON REQUEST the machine is also available as “WET” version.

With this machine is possible to grind, satin and finish square, rectangular and profiled metal items of different shapes.
Machine has an oscillating system for the grinding belt head, operated by a separate gear motor, that allow to get a better finish of the work-piece and longer performance of the grinding belt; this motion is mechanically conceived in order to let swing the complete oscillating grinding head.
Main work-table can be tilted to 45° max. for convenient processing of special shaped parts.
ON REQUEST is possible to supply this machine complete with rubber roller and a further working table to execute grinding operations on CONVEX/CONCAVE surfaces.
Dust collection is achieved by holes made on the working table.
