The CNC controlled mandrel bending machines of the TUBOTRON line meet the highest demands on quality where design,
performance and fabrication are concerned. They are the perfect solution for serial production as well as for flexible single
production of tube and pipe bending parts. All functions are automated and the speed of all axes can be programmed free.
Depending on the model, tubes and pipes with an outside diamter of

UpDownBend folds the part up and down and revolutionizes the entire folding sequence. There is no need any more for the operator to flip the part. This unique folding system reduces cycle times and eliminates the need for a second operator.
The new gauging system automatically adjusts its size to the current folding posi-tion. When parts are small or narrow the table surface area decreases. On large sheets this surface unfolds to its maximum dimension.
The system offers its maximum folding capacity of 4 mm (9 gauge) mild steel on 3200 mm (126") working length with segmented tools as tall as 204 mm (8"). Versatile upper beam tool segments, maximum 150 mm (5.92”) wide with side gripping pockets allow for an easy tool change.
The machine is complete with the revolutionary Touch & More control. The con-trol automatically creates a program, the finished part and the actual bend se-quence all with the touch of the control screen. |

The target was to further optimize the Bihler GRM 80E punching and bending machine, adapt it to suit the market’s increased demands, and in doing so automatically offer the market even greater productivity, flexibility, profitability and tool compatibility with the preceding GRM 50, GRM 80 and GRM 80E models. The result is well worth seeing and impresses through its advantages.
The new GRM 80P now provides significantly more free space on the work plate as a result of the clear spatial separation of punching and bending operations. In this way, additional tool movements and Bihler key technologies can be integrated as component systems into the manufacturing concept to solve complex applications. As a result, nothing can prevent the manufacture of longer and more voluminous parts. 2 ROLLS BENDING MACHINE
This series consists of one model only, the CE2 with two driving rolls with a knurled surface. The machine structure is manufactured in stabilised steel, and the shafts are constructed from thermally treated NiCr steel fitted with ball-bearings to protect mechanical parts from wear, thus ensuring their long lifespan. .
The CE2 is fitted with a helical geared speed reducer, lubricated in oil-bath and is operated via the double pedal board to change the direction of rotation of the rolls.
This bending machine allows the bending not only of section bars, bars and tubes of different dimensions and materials, but also the curling of metal straps and the twisting of square iron up to 8 mm in thickness.

Innovative machines with three-roller system for bending all types of tube and profile with wide radius bends. 80% of profiles can be bent using standard tooling. The bend radius can be set by changing the position of the central roller.
