Our profile rolls (often referred to as angle rolls, pipe benders, profile benders, tube benders, bending rolls, or simply roll benders) are designed for fast and easy circular rolling of a variety of metal bar, angle, tube, pipe, and extrusions. The shafts are hardened and ground from high-tensile strength steel and come with modular dies that work for bar-stock and most square/rectangular tubing. Special dies are available for rolling pipe or extrusions. All machines can be operated either vertically or horizontally and include a motor brake for precision bending. PBM • Manually adjustable upper die The smaller PHB 30/50 rolls feature foot-pedal control of the chain driven two bottom dies. The manually adjustable upper die determines the rolling diameter. PBH • Hydraulic adjustment of the dies The PBH 50 offers a similar operation and capacity as the PBM 50, but adds hydraulic adjustment with digital-readout of the top die and all three rolls powered. The PBH 65 and up, offer a triangular die arrangement with the top die fixed and the two lower dies hydraulically adjustable. Pushbutton control with digital readout is standard. All three dies are driven. Semi-automatic control NC EasyView (Option) Automation made easy! All movements, processes and commands of the operator during the bending process can be recorded in the teach-in mode and then recalled and played back automatically at any time. To achieve the required bending results, all stored data can be edited. Memory for 48 bending programs with 1000 steps each
