Ideal for the food or fine chemicals industries, or for any other application requiring high precision in weighing and ease of cleaning when changing product.
Designed to achieve the total absence of inside corners where any product remains can accumulate to cause possible cross-contamination.
The measured dispensing system is made up of a product dosing screw controlled by a variable speed motor that allows the dispensing cycle to be carried out in two phases (fast and fine-tuned loading), thereby optimising speed and accuracy.
The measured dispensing assembly can be completely dismounted at the back. This moves together with a product collection tray.
The dosing screw and its support are completely accessible for cleaning.
They include sealed adjustment, closure and quick connection systems.
To handle extremely fine and fluidised products. The dosing screw’s bearing is coupled separately from the chassis so as to prevent contamination.

For product filling the pneumatic packer utilises air. The proven design of the chamber bottom and top fluidisation air supplies that are separately adjustable depending on the flow behaviour of the product provides an optimum product feed rate with a minimum air supply.

Gravity Porta-Valve Gravity Filler
Model 4199 Gravity PortaValve is designed to fill valve type bags with high density free flowing products such as steel shot and similar materials.
How it Works:
The valve bag is installed on the fill spout, and rests in the bag chair mechanism. When the clamshell gate opens, product gravity flows into the bag. When the bag has reached the designated weight, the clamshell gate closes, and the bag can be removed.

Bulk Bag/Box/Drum Filling System
Model 4260 FIBC fillers are designed as either non-weigh, gross weigh or net weigh machines to fill open mouth bulk bags, tote boxes and drums with dry pelleted, flaked, granular or powdered products such as seeds, grains, chemical powders, concrete blends and similar materials. This modular design is configurable to fit any application from basic non-weighing machines used for dust collection or basic pack off lines, to a fully automated system that dispenses the empty pallet, fills the bag to the correct weight, discharges the filled bag and indexes the filled bags for transfer to storage area.
How it works:
Bulk Bags: The strap hangers move to allow easy access for the operator to position the empty bag. An inflatable neck seal secures the bag fill neck and prevents dust escape. The bag fills upon operator command and when the appropriate weight is achieved, the bag is lowered to a waiting pallet and released for removal by fork-truck or conveyor.
Tote boxes: A single empty box positioned under the fill spout will be charged with product until the correct weight is achieved. If settling, or dust collection is required these features will be incorporated. Fork-truck or conveyor can remove filled boxes.

VAC-U-MAX has designed a number of bulk bag loading frames for different applications and will aggressively respond to all bulk bag loading opportunities. Two frames are offered as standard MDL104130A and MDL104130B. In general, the frames from VAC-U-MAX are simple, sturdy frames of square tubular construction with four legs and permitting a great number of loading options, including the supports for these. A simple bungee cord bag neck damp offers a major advantage in being able to seal any bag neck from 13 inch diameter to 24 inch diameter without changing the bag neck spout. An inflatable cuff, which is common on competitive units, is offered as an option. The disadvantage of this device is that a single size cannot accommodate a wide range of bag necks . The versatile and simple single venturi power unit with venturi discharge provides a source of low pressure air for bag inflation. A filter for the air displaced from the bag Is standard.

The « CONTAINER TRANSFER SYSTEM » (CTS) developped by JetSolutions SA allows a proof connection any kind of vessel with a container for discharging powder or granulate by gravitation.
The vessel to be emptied must have its own closing device (fpr example SAK, DOSIMAT valve, air lock, etc…). JetSolutions SA offers different technologies for:
Dust free transfer of powder or granulate into a container
Avoiding any contact with the surroundings for the powder
Connecting the container to a vessel on scale
Working Principle:
JetSolutions SA offers 3 solutions:
1) The CTS is fixed and the container is lifted
- The top cover of the IBC must be replaced by a « male » connector cover
- The container must be lifted until contact with the CTS and kept in this position
- Le male connector cover is sucked by a vacuum pump in position open
- The powder may flow trough the CTS from the vessel down into the IBC
- The Connector cover of the IBC closes by rupture of the vacuum
- The IBC is removed and closed with a standard cover
2) The CTS is adjusted and the container is fixed
- The top cover of the IBC must be replaced by a « male » connector cover
- The IBC is positionned below the CTS
- The CTS comes down to the connector cover of the IBC
- Le male connector cover is sucked by a vacuum pump in position open
- The powder may flow trough the CTS from the vessel down into the IBC
- The Connector cover of the IBC closes by rupture of the vacuum
- The CTS is lifted, the IBC is removed and closed with a standard cover

The Series CMR continuous motion rotary fillers offer high speed, high accuracy filling for a wide variety of powders and granules.
With the powder path fully sealed from the bulk feed through to the container, machine environment and containers are kept virtually dust-free. All powder contact parts are recess-free for easy cleaning and can be removed and re-assembled speedily without the use of tools.
The size of turret, number of transfer funnels and filling heads are dependent upon the production output required, size of container neck opening and powder flow characteristics. A choice of technologies and designs with segmented funnel sections, container jogging and air-pulse transfer are available.
