HB 4330
The HB-4330 operatorless strapping machine is designed for heavier-duty strapping applications requiring 9mm and 10.5mm polypropylene strapping. The HB-4330 provides high-speed, jam-resistant operation and features our patented tension winder that consistently pulls high tension even on small, non-compressible packages. MD-V
The MD-V is a fully automatic vertical strapping machine designed to offer exceptional levels of machine availability. It also offers a wide choice of machine options – enabling it to be customised to the exact requirement of your packaging operation. Based on a robust, welded box section construction, the strapping head is mounted securely within the machine. Packs are transported into position along a guide rail by the customer conveyor system. The MD-V has the flexibility to use either polypropylene or Tenax® polyester strap in 9, 11, 12, 13 or 16 mm widths – giving it the capability it to pack everything from cartons, boxes and containers to timber and metal products. The strapping head is also available in two versions to suit different strap materials and widths

P403 / P404
Both models are handy light weight tensioning and sealing tools to strap flat packages (i.e. pallets, bales, crates and various packages) using plastic-strapping and metal seals. Reliable, robust and service-friendly tool also suitable for non-stationary applications. Thanks to the windless tensioning system very high strap tension can be achieved. Special serrated seals and the patented sealing force balance system guarantee a very high seal joint efficiency. The seal joint is made in no time by operating the sealing handle until it hits the stop. A separate handle, consisting of a grip ball and a bolt are available as option for horizontal applications.

The AST manual seal-feed combination tool uses Dylastic, Dymax and Tenax strapping. The AMT-58 is the ideal tool for High-Strength Tenax strapping.

HORIZON
The HORIZON is the ideal solution for the application of horizontal strapping which would be a tough job manually. The strapping head is placed on the side of the machine, it is moved vertically down to the desired strapping height and then positions itself horizontally against the pallet.
The sealing head guarantees high seal efficiency for PP or PET strap.
Admitted strap size : 9 - 12 or 16 mm width.

MD-3000-HE
The MD-3000 HE is an operatorless strapping machine for horizontal pallet securement. It is ideal for securing corrugated outer wrapping to automotive assemblies of varying heights. The indexing head carriage gently butts up against the side of the pallet to form a high-strength heat seal joint and is torque motor driven to ensure optimum safety. A set of manually adjustable reflectors indicates the height of each strapping position. The MD-3000-HE uses 9, 11 and 13mm polypropylene or polyester strapping.

Sealers
Signode manual sealers provide positive sealing action with minimal effort. Light and durable, they lock Strapping ends into a high strength joint.
Notchtype sealers cut into the seal and outer edges of the strapping, turning tabs down (down notch) or up (reverse notch).
Crimp-type sealers press the edges of the strapping and seal into wavy crimps specially shaped to produce maximum frictional forces on the strapping.
