AGME design and manufacture rotary table assembly machines with AGME standard equipment incorporating the most modern technology in the automation industry. These special machines allow components to be transferred to different work stations with a rotary movement and they are designed to manufacture our customer’s parts in the most cost effective way.
AGME rotary transfer machines carry out a wide range of forming and assembly processes: simple operations of pressing, riveting and marking as well as more special operations like bush or spring insertion, tube forming, bending, flaring, crimping and screwing. These work modules can also incorporate automatic feeding systems, positioning and adjustment units, robots, subassembly control and test stations and all necessary fixtures. The AF_10 is a machining centre designed to cut to the utmost the time you have to dedicate to reinforcement fastening operations.
Because it features a loading roller conveyor and an unloading magazine, the bars are stored at exit. Once the profile has been inserted, movement, machining and unloading are all automatic. This way, the operator in charge of welding can take up the bars four at a time, thus cutting times down to the minimum. Or else the operator can dedicate him/herself with greater continuity to other operations required for the preparation of the welding bar.
The AF_10 offers various machining options: it permits having two screw pitch values and two distance values for the first screw from the outer point of the profile (tip of corner in case of 45° cuts, or outer point in case of 90° cuts for the crosspieces). What is more, it also carries out another operation of primary importance (selectable): because it has a lower motor, it drills frames for wall mounting preparation (or other jobs to be verified).
Finally, this is a machining centre which we recommend if you wish to increase the productivity of both a medium-sized workshop or an industrial workshop (in this latter case together with other machining centre and/or cutting/machining units)

The I.4F is an electro-pneumatic milling machinewith a vertical axis, fitted with a revolving head, equipped with four cutter-holding shafts.
This model allows you to fit four different cutting units with the relevant stops, and to use each time the required unit simply by turning the cutter-support head.
It is also supplied with orienting gripper to obtain cutting at 45° or intermediate angles.
The wide range of extra fittings allows very quick changes in working, saving time wastage caused by errors in setting up, by avoiding disassembly and assembly, with considerable increase in productivity.

The Tyco Electronics P350 is a fully automatic pin insertion machine capable of applying reeled products from Tyco Electronics or other manufacturers. With inline operation, an automatic tool changer and insertion rates up to 5 per second, it is focused at fully automatic high speed operation to maximize throughput while minimizing costly scrap.
Easy Operation
Boards up to 450 x 450 mm [17.5 x 17.5”] can be processed and are positioned on the X/Y table by stepper motors.
A servo powered XY table positions the PCB under a central drive station at highspeed. The automatic tool changer can hold up to 3 insertion heads — each capable of applying a different product. A unique rotary insertion finger allows the application of products at up to 7 different angles without rotating the PCB. This allows the P350 to apply product at different angles without a reduction in insertion rate or the potential positioning error associated with PCB rotation. An active lower anvil provides support to the PCB during insertion, can provide special actions such as clinching (when applicable) and allows for real-time force monitoring for 100% quality assurance on press-fit applications. VELOLINE is the new linear pallet base system completely mechanically controlled and manufactured by VELOMAT.
An innovative system of transmission operates the indexed motion of the conveyor. The cams directly engage the pallets, ensuring absolute precision and repeatability of position. The precision, experience and accuracy guaranteed by COLOMBO FILIPPETTI in the manufacturing of components, allows high speed operation with intermittent high velocity motion, smooth and without vibrations. The pallets are made of aluminium and their shape or dimensions do not depend on the conveyor. There is the possibility to choose stroke, number of pallets and index time.
We can supply it for operation in any orientation, with pallets facing vertical or horizontal. The space between the sides of the pallets is sealed with a rubber seal to keep out dust and debris.
