The TOOLING-MIX V200 range of systems are compact, pneumatically driven and electronically controlled metering and mixing systems.
They are used to continuously apply medium to high viscosity multiple component material based on polyurethanes and epoxy resins with a mixing ratio of 100:100 to 100:20.
The material can also be filled with micro balls.
The material is supplied by feed pumps.

YTRON-VacuPlant is a modular, multi-purpose system. It may be equipped individually according to specific requirements. The application of vacuum de-aerates the product already during the process of powder incorporation. The use of the integrated YTRON-Y jet mixer ensures the product is quickly and intensively mixed and heat exchange is optimised in the area of the vessel walls.
Processing higher viscosities above approx. 30.000 mPas typically means an additional anchor stirrer with a scraper is used.
The YTRON VacuPlant draws the solids in, disperses or dissolves them, respectively, de-aerates, emulsifies, and heats or cools in an efficient way, if required. All components of the system are ideally sized to offer optimum performance.
Sizes ranging from 70 l to 4.000 l are available in the standard production range.

Motor-driven mixers for the most exacting liquid mixing requirements.
PENTAX mixers are used where two mutually insoluble liquids must be continuously mixed into a stable emulsion, or where solids in suspension mst be dispersed as finely as possible in a viscous liquid.

This dynamic mixer is designed for sludge stabilization with quick lime or hydrated lime. Its design allows its location in existing or new installations.
Two rotating shafts, with opposite & secant pitches combining adjustable paddles and continuous thread improve the mixing quality in relation with the sludge progress inside the mixer body.
The shape of the paddles and thread profile can be plain, with spigot or toothed according to sludge characteristics. |

Differents types:
Direct Drive Agitator - Air Powered direct drive agitator assembly with 1/2 hp air motor and a three bade propeller to keep materials in suspension even with high solids.
Indirect Air Motor Drive - Standard duty, smooth running with gear reducer, 1/2hp, 15:1 ratio, 20 to 120 RPM. Inc throttling valve, fittings and hoses for connection to air supply on tank lid. Air consumption is approx 6CFM @ 50RPM.
Reciprocating Air Motor Drive - 180° reciprocating action provides excellent agitation of all types of materials. Particularly important for waterborne shear sensitive materials. Very low air consumption

In the delivery state (clamping ring barrel) the material is prepared and conditioned for use and transfer to the spray gun. Due to the pneumatic lid lifter, an empty barrel can be replaced easily with a full one. System components:

This unit is developed on the well-developed technique base, chiefly to be used for dry before the engineering plastics process such as ABS and polycarbonate, and be used for material rationing, blending, coloring and dry of different resin and PE, PP and PVC.
The unit unites the technology of hot and cold mixing together, and the material completing the hot mixing to go into cooling mixing automatically to cause cooling, and remove remains gas, and may guard against agglomerates.

Air Motor Mixers
The Silverson L2/Air Laboratory Mixer
The Silverson L2/Air is an efficient, lightweight high shear mixer powered by an intrinsically safe 0.25 hp 6000 rpm variable speed compressed air motor suitable for ATEX Zoned/Explosion Hazard areas. The unit is supplied with a manually operated adjustable bench stand and can be fitted with speed regulator, muffler, air regulator and gauge, water filter and lubricator as optional extras.
The L2/Air will accept Standard, Tubular, In-Line and Duplex mixing assemblies from Silverson’s Laboratory range. Capacity is from 1 ml to 12 litres. A specially modified motor unit can be provided to accept Sealed Unit assemblies.
AX/Air
The Model AX/Air is a pilot scale high shear mixer with a capacity of up to 50 litres.

| YTRON-ViscoTron is used for continuous incorporation of powders into viscous liquids as well as incorporation of more than 50 % solids into liquids, even in a single pass. Typical applications are the production of dow (ratio flour:water 50:59) or dispersing of additive into oil or a fat blend. | YTRON-ZC powder disperser. Instantly wetting and thorough dispersing of extremely difficult to wet powders and concentrations of 50% and more, leading to highest yields in viscosity. Only a single pass is required to achieve a perfecly wetted product. Typical products to be processed are difficult to wet thickeners and binders such as CMC, Guar, Locust Bean Gum, Alginates, Carrageenan, Pectin, Xanthan Gum as well as other polymers with a tendency to form lumps such as Polyacrylic Acids, Carbopol ® etc. The wide range of YTRON-ZC types ensures that specific requirements from lab size up to production size for incorporating of more than 5.000 kg/h of powders is possible using the standard production range. |

In all Kenics® KM Series Static Mixers, a patented helical mixing element directs the flow of material radially toward the pipe walls and back to the center.
