The fine threads of the needle valve permit excellent adjustment for precise control of flow. The flow is restricted in both directions and is adjustable from 0 to the equivalent flow of a 0.025" diameter orifice. The 7-turn adjustment needle valves are available in two models, the standard model and the fine adjustment model. The standard adjustment model has a pin angle of 6° with 10-64 threads; the fine adjustment model has a pin angle of 4° with 10-80 threads.

The unique design of the Modular Manifold block allows it to be used as an individual unit or assembled into a modular combination of pneumatic components. Two models are available, filtered and non-filtered. The manifold block contains four individual dovetail slides and one top cover that will accept a various assortment of threaded or push-in ports.

Custom-built manifolds assembled with valves can be factory assembled to exact customer requirements. Through-holes in the manifold body permit mounting upon the rear surface. For DIN rail mounting, the DIN rail kit should be ordered (optional)

The Type 200 Precision Air Relay is a pilot operated, multi-stage 1:1 relay with a positive and negative bias adjustment capability. This whisker valve with extremely low actuating forces is particularly well suited for units where dissimilar parts or actuating elements without precision positioning need to be sensed, or where the actuating levels are different. The whisker can be approached from any direction perpendicular to the whisker axis, or can be passed.

This spring-loaded safety valve with a very high blow-off capacity, labeled as D/G (models 352.00 to 352.30), will be used for protection of
pressure vessels and pressure systems for air and other neutral, non-toxic and non-combustible gases.
This design allows a usage to secure fixed pressure and vehicle tanks from dust and granular goods.
The valves only can be supplied with a preset pressure, the desired set pressure must be specified with the order. After setting, the valves are
labeled and sealed.
For functional testing, the safety valve can be opened by turning the knurled screw.
The bearing surfaces and seals can be cleaned from impurities by unscrewing the upper part without changing the pressure setting.
Repairs may only be executed by the manufacturer.

General Description
John Guest acetal shut-off valves have a brand new full bore mechanism and are especially designed for the Brewing and Soft Drinks industries and for potable water. They are also suitable for air and inert gases such as N2/CO2 provided they are installed in accordance with the UK Brewers and Licensed Retailers Association Code of Practice or similar industry/government safety guidelines.
The range includes valves with short and long handles to operate a 1/4 turn on/off action. The valves are available with or without mounting clip.
