THREE-WAY VALVES :
with conical valve shutters, they ensure excellent flow capacity
MONOSTABLE OR BISTABLE THREE-WAY SOLENOID VALVES :
they can be fitted in a vacuum circuit operating in N.O. and N.C. They insure excellent flow capacity and reduced switching times. They can manage a continuous counter jet on the third release to facilitate release of suckers. The bistable (safety) version ensures that the vacuum is maintained both with lack of power and pressure in the servo-pilot.

The Pneumatic Solenoid Valves 820 Series are NC 2/2 type.
The research about materials and new technological solutions allowed the realization of a shutter solenoid valve with an extremely simple operation principle and with avant-garde dynamic characteristics. The mass of the moving elements has been reduced to the minimum and every inner friction has been eliminated: in this way, we obtained response times of milliseconds and an operation life over 500 million cycles.
Due to the possibility of controls of speed-up type, their dynamic characteristics are even more improved. Standard solenoid valves with 24 VDC control have a response time lower than 5 ms in opening and 2 ms in closing, with a maximum operation frequency of 200 Hz. On the contrary, solenoid valves with speed-up control have a response time lower than 1 ms, both in opening and in closing, with a maximum operation frequency of 500 Hz.
Besides high-speed characteristics, solenoid valves 820 Series offer flow rate values up to 180 dm3/min. (ANR), with feeding pressure from 0 to 8 bar.
Controlling the valve through either PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) or PFM (Pulse Frequency Modulation) technique, it is possible to vary the passing flow rate and to obtain, in this way, a solenoid valve, having a proportional flow rate.
820 Series is available both in-line assembly and sub-plate version , equipped with such accessories as multi- position manifolds or speed-up driver boards.

Our MV serie is meeting the technologically most advanced principles, and it is to be considered the CORE of a pneumatic installation. It is made up of a wide spectrum of small valves, flow controls whose functions abide by physical and logical laws. These components can adjust, check, vent the flow and change its direction in an installation.
We always recommend using them with filtered and oiled air to guarantee a long-lasting flawless function.

The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10” H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004” to .040”.

Airflex Quick Release Valves provide rapid evacuation of pressurized air from pneumatic devices. They provide an exhaust port at the device rather than at the end of a long supply line and/or control component. Exhaust is rapid and positive as soon as there is a pressure drop in the supply line. Mufflers are available to reduce exhaust noise.

Actuating solenoid with built-in electronic timer. Two potentiometers
and two slide switches in the terminal box allow flexible adjustment
of pulse and interval duration. When the power is switched on, there
is a delay of about 1.5s before the valve is opened for a preset pulse
duration.
This is followed by a break (Pause). The durations involved are
generated by a microcontroller.
The power supply may be interrupted to carry out an operating test
without waiting for the break. The (N) terminal can be used to
operate the built-in solenoid independently of the cycle set, or to
operate an external "reference solenoid" in parallel with the internal
coil.
The 110/120V version's solenoid coil is operated by means of an
integral bridge rectifier. In this case external solenoids can only be
supplied with power using an additional rectifier.
