The miniature valves of the mircrovalve technology are particularly suitable for handling technology. The microvalve products offer high performance and require a minimum of space and cabling. The 2/2 and 3/2 directional valves with electro-magnetic activation and the nominal diameters 1,5 mm, 2,5 mm and 3,0 mm are in closed position when no voltage is present. With both valve types, pressure and vacuum may be switched. The MV microvalves consist of following components:
Valve cartridge
Valve cover (fixed or rotary)
Accessories
Direct integration of microvalves in either customized or universal systems, e. g. pneumatic actuator systems, is possible with a swivelling fitting. The modular design of the GAS microvalves enables the customer to fit optional throttles, silencers etc. via a thread on the rotary cover. |

| The Type 200 Precision Air Relay is a pilot operated, multi-stage 1:1 relay with a positive and negative bias adjustment capability. It accurately reproduces a signal pressure plus or minus the bias setting with consistent reliability. Output control and stability are maintained through a high gain servo balanced control mechanism which is activated by a highly sensitive stainless steel measuring capsule. |
|
| This extensive line of relays serve a multitude of control applications: positive biasing, positive and negative biasing, infinitely adjustable ratio, reversing, averaging and computing, high and low pressure selectors, and high and low pressure limiting. |

Indirectly actuated valve series with manually and mechanically actuated valves.
- Flow rate: 120 l/min
3/2-way valve
- Normally closed or normally open
4/2-way valve
- Minimal actuating force with pilot control
- Can also be used as 2/2-way valve by plugging the exhaust.
- 4 actuator types: stem, roller lever, idle return roller lever, whisker
Normally closed or normally open by turning the housing top:
VS, RS, LS
Normally closed, actuator attachment at left (number 1 on attachment above number 1 on housing)
VOS, ROS, LOS
Normally open, actuator attachment at right above number 2
This whisker valve with extremely low actuating forces is particularly well suited for units where dissimilar parts or actuating elements without precision positioning need to be sensed, or where the actuating levels are different. The whisker can be approached from any direction perpendicular to the whisker axis, or can be passed.
- Mounting bracket HV-1/8
Scope of delivery: 1 mounting bracket, 2 M5x25 socket head screws per DIN 912, 2 hex nuts and spring washers
Can be repaired with wearing parts kit

THREE-WAY VALVES :
with conical valve shutters, they ensure excellent flow capacity
MONOSTABLE OR BISTABLE THREE-WAY SOLENOID VALVES :
they can be fitted in a vacuum circuit operating in N.O. and N.C. They insure excellent flow capacity and reduced switching times. They can manage a continuous counter jet on the third release to facilitate release of suckers. The bistable (safety) version ensures that the vacuum is maintained both with lack of power and pressure in the servo-pilot. |

The miniature Preset Flow Control is ideal for many applications involving pneumatic systems, including the control of cylinder speed.
The operation of the flow control is based on the movement of a small disc. The flat surface on one side of the orificed disc seals and permits flow through the orifice. The amount of flow permitted in the reverse direction is determined by the orifice size. In the forward direction full flow is permitted. The flow controls design allows a maximum supply pressure of 75 PSI with a minimum cracking pressure of less than 10” H2O. Orifice sizes are available from .004” to .040”. |
