Systematic clamping technology
Individual solutions using innovative technology are prerequisite for safe machining of critical parts, especially if conventional clamping technology does not give you acceptable results.
Basically three different kinds of clamping technology are available:
In these three categories Witte offers you sophisticated, practical solutions which have been tried and tested thousands of times.
Over 30 years of experience guarantee that your individual problem will be solved quickly and safely
Please select from the right column:
VACUUM Clamping Technology for small to large parts with at least one flat surface
FREEZE clamping technology for very small parts requiring high precision machining
MOULD clamping technology for parts with 3D surfaces
If non of these categories fits your problem please contact us directly we will gladly discuss that with you personally.

There are two main styles of hybrid adapters:
Flange-to-Flange adapters: These fittings allow transitions between two dissimilar flange families - for example a CF flange to an ISO-QF. Common applications for these fittings include retrofitting an existing vacuum system or adding gauges and instrumentation. A&N produces the following vacuum flange families:
-- CF (Conflat, Del-Seal)
-- ISO QF (NW, KF) and ISO LF (ISO K)
-- ASA/ANSI (ASA 150)
-- ULRIC
Flange-to-Fitting adapters: These fittings allow transitions between standard vacuum flanges and a variety of specialty fittings employed in a vacuum system. An example of this is a QF flange to VCR® fitting. Common uses for these fittings include the introduction of process gases into a chamber or the addition of gauges or instrumentation. These specialty process fittings include:
-- Hose adapters NPT
-- Swagelok®
-- VCR®, Male and Female
-- VCO®, Male and Female
-- Quick Disconnects
-- Baseplate adapters
-- Ball sockets
-- Welch pump adapters

Description: Patent Pending. The VRD-ANB-CD vacuum regulator sets an industry standard for both miniaturization and light weight. It designed to control output vacuum from 0 psig to full vacuum. It is particularly useful when space and weight are critical. The VRD weighs approx. 25 grams in brass and stainless steel.
Both the inlet and outlet ports are tapped 10-32 UNF. Its lightweight design allows convenient in-line mounting however a 10-32 threaded panel mount option is also offered. Applications include medical equipment, instruments, laboratory equipment, ink jet print engines, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Material: Brass or 303 stainless steel.
Seals: Buna-N. Optional materials: EPDM and Viton®
