LeakID is the new For Test leak-certified series created for verifying leaks during automated tests.
Employees that use leak identification instruments need to know the calibration of those instruments at any moment, so LeakID is the key element used to verify the calibration. If the instrument recognizes the calibrated leak, it is correctly set.
LeakID is sold with the 1/8” pneumatic connector or with Staubli® male industrial connector. For Test calibrated leak is composed by an element calibrated for the requested porosity (leak professional scales varying from 10 cc/h to 200 cc/min) and a RFID transponder that keeps all numerical values and time ranges crypted. The main benefit of this new product is the impossibility to introduce human errors during the production process, the ricertificating process and during normal utilization, obviously accelerating the production. Reducing human errors is very important because mistakes made by employees concerning leaks values can bring dangerous valutations about measuring instruments.
An optional “Professional antenna” module can be added to the ET series, or the EtNet, in order to automatically verify the testing process in industrial enviroinment.
For Test LeakID is made using specific Pressure and Flow values, in order to satisfy, with maximum precision in terms of loss rates, the customer needs.
Every LeakID is supplied with a calibration certificate and a protective package for a correct stockage.

Differential pressure measurement is a crucial parameter for determining pollutant pathways for IAQ and worker exposure applications. It is also a key HVAC parameter in commercial and institutional buildings and in manufacturing plants, among many other important applications.
Each Zephyr II instrument includes a built-in, auto-zeroing, micro-manometer and 'K'-type thermocouple input for measuring differential pressure, static pressure and temperature. The auto-zeroing feature allows for highly accurate differential pressure logging over time. With a pitot tube, the Zephyr provides direct air velocity readings. Zephyrs can also be fitted with a telescoping 3-function probe (model 2300 AHTS) to measure humidity, temperature and (hotwire) airspeed.
The Zephyr II range has been designed with the user in mind. The large rubber grip and simple membrane switch pad ensure the unit is comfortable to use allowing pushbutton operation even with professional gloves on. The 2300 AHTS probe attaches to the side of the instrument for single-handed operation.
The display and menu system provide step-by-step professional guides for each operation. This ensures minimal user training is required. Data capture is included as standard to allow duct traversing. Volumetric flow is calculated by simply entering the size of the duct and the instrument performs the necessary calculation.
The Zephyr II is a stand-alone instrument. However, with all of it's available parameters, it may be interfaced to any GrayWolf WolfSense PPC or LAP mobile PC based system via a CF serial card (model ACC-SCDPC); opening the professional door to the full extent of GrayWolf's DirectSense product features. |

The leaks digital professional calibrator takes its origins by the needs to know the leak-off rate entity on volumetric terms [cc/min] or [cc/h].
Such requirement exists especially when tests are executed on air and gas sectors parts, on which the norms express the
leakage rates in [cc/min] or [cc/h].
The instrument is combined with a micrometrical cock (supplied in the equipment) in order to simulate the desired leak. ET11 allows the professional seal tests instrumentation parameters programming procedure.
This flow measure instrument utilizes a mass flow detector and it is able to point out with precision and reliability the leakage
rates contained between 0,00 and 30,0 [cc/min].
This portable instrument, with compact dimensions and simple usage, is essential to verify the measure instruments and atomisers samples calibration and repeatability.
Compact dimensions:
ET11 is a portable instrument with extremely reduced dimensions: length 180[mm], width 80[mm], depth 35[mm] and weight 250[g].
Precision:
Measure resolution of 0,01[cc/min] till 6 [cc/min] and 0,1[cc/min] till 30[cc/min], measure uncertainty inferior to 1,5%.
Double professional scales:
2 measure scales: flow visualization in [cc/min] and [cc/h] |
