Turbines are the central units of shotblasting machines regarding both the function and the wear of individual composite elements which is why they are very carefully dimensioned. Turbines have concave scoops for capturing and accelerating abrasive. Special design enables minimal wasting of abrasive and at the same time maximum transfer of energy from the motor to the abrasive. Extremely wear-resistant materials and the design of scoops provide extremely long lifespan of the turbine. Specially designed elements of the turbine enable adjustments of the angle of abrasive jet coming from the turbine, which provides exact distribution of energy to the treated object and thus reduced wear and tear of the machine as a whole.
These machines have a perpetual caterpillar made from perforated rubber belt or from steel flaps. Treated objects are put by a special filing contraction to caterpillar. When caterpillar moves its special shape causes treated objects to turn and roll, which causes the whole surface of the treated objects to be quality blasted in a jet of abrasive. These machines are used for shotblasting casts, forged and pressed parts, and remodelled cold or hot, of various complicated forms, springs, etc.
NICOLIS spin blasting equipment is used for automatic precision blasting of large runs of work-pieces up to 250 mm diameter. Their automatic operation guarantees a uniform appearance after blasting delicate mass-produced components.

The Gyra Jet LP is a rotating hand-held tool that directs up to 60,000 psi (4,100 bar) UHP water for surface preparation, industrial cleaning, coating removal, and concrete demolition. Typical applications are removal of damaged surfaces, preparation for recoating or painting, and stripping corrosion and over-spray. The Gyra Jet LP is powered by a Jet Edge intensifier pump.
Machine of projection of abrasives with wet process.
The water mixture + abrasive projected on the parts allows very soft treatments on fragile parts and associates the creation of surface quality with degreasing and cleaning.
