Free-flowing machine with rollers is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filing from sheet metal, sections, simple constructions and small shafts. Treated objects move through the machine on a roller conveyor.
One type of shotblasting machine with roller conveyor is free-flowing machine for blasting cylindrical elements. This machine is used for continued shotblasting of the corroded layer and filings from tubes' surface, round sections, gas steel bottles and other cylindrical elements. Treated objects move throug the machine on a conical cylindrical conveyor or on conveyor with askew wheels.
These machines may be built into highly productive lines for basic colour application, including drying chamber, automatic colouring chamber and drying tunnel.

Conscious that all the machines are not used in 3x8, Wheelabrator Group designed a shot-blasting machine specifically adapted to the intermittent uses out of metal frame.
The conveyer shot-blasting machine with rollers RB 1500 SmartLine is equipped with 4 turbines high-output Roto-jet judiciously laid out, which allow a cover to perfect sections posed with the horizontal heart. Once granulated, the sections pass in a hopper of brushing-blowing controlled in height, which make it possible to evacuate all the shot of the sections. Those leave the machine clean and vacuum-cleaned.
When designing its machine, Wheelabrator Group stressed the robustness, reliability, and the maintainability of its machines.

Three series of shot blasting machines
For Pre fabrication shot blasting we offer our series Sprint and Marathon,
for Post fabrication the Triathlon is optimally suited.
In each case it is possible to extend the machine to a complete surface treatment line.
Sprint
The Sprint is our standard model and is ideally suited for shot blasting steel plating, profiles and pipes. The turbines are placed perpendicular to the direction of the conveyor to achieve the highest quality of cleaning.
The Sprint range is often used by steel trade and construction companies.
Marathon
Designed for more demanding work, the Marathon range is ideal for higher conveyor speeds and heavier loads. It is typically used by larger steel traders or steel constructors working multiple shifts and by rolling mills.
Thriathlon
The Triathlon is designed for shot blasting steel constructions. Its turbines are placed diagonal to the conveyor direction to ensure it reaches all angles and crevices of the construction.
These machines are used in many steel construction companies.
The Triathlon is universally applicable and can also be easily applied to plating, profiles and pipes.
Surface treatment line
The GIETART surface treatment lines are the extension of the well known solid and reliable GIETART shot blast machines to a complete surface treatment installation including pre heating, shot blasting, painting and drying. GIETART specialises in the design and supply of complete steel surface treatment systems and every layout engineered by GIETART is custom tailored to the specific operations and requirements of our customers.

IceBlast KG30S is suitable for professional users with extensive cleaning requirements.
It is supplied complete with an ergonomic blasting gun, and a 10 m hose including a protective sleeve.
The dry ice tank has a capacity of 30 kg allowing the machine to be used for 25-40 minutes before refilling.

The painting of the parts of boiler making implies more and more a preparation of surface beyond the grinding of some weldings. Shot-blasting makes it possible to obtain a surface uniformly clean, and a roughness supporting hangs it painting.
In order to take into account the specific need of this industry, Wheelabrator Group developed the shot-blasting machines with load suspended of its SmartLine range.
Of cast solid design, prewired and equipped with all installations necessary (secondary filter, management by automat, etc...) the application, they answer exactly waitings of the profession.
The conveyer in Y without posts provided with 2 rotary hooks allows the loading and the unloading of parts in masked time, while a load is exposed to the jet of the two turbines Roto-Jet, in a combination of rotation and translations making it possible to granulate all the recesses of the parts.
Delivered prewired and ready with employment, they are available in 2 models (diam. loads 1000 per height 1200, or 1200 per 1600). International Surface Preparation offers a wide variety of wheel blast equipment in several configurations. Spinner hanger systems are well suited for parts that may not be tumbled or require no part on part impingement.
In a spinner hanger parts are loaded on hanging fixture and rotate in front of the blast wheels for complete coverage. The spinner hanger is a good choice for blasting parts that are delicate or are thin walled.

This type of machine is particularly suitable for shotblasting small parts loaded in bulk. A special anti-abrasive rubber mat arranged as a cradle receives the articles to be treated and with its movement maintains them in a constant tumble.
The articles are hit by the jet of abrasive generated by the turbine, and by continuously changing position, they receive the shotblasting treatment extremely uniformly on all the surfaces. A steel belt is recommended for all earth fusion materials and for all parts with weight exceeding 15 kg each

These shot-blasting machines make it possible to treat the parts in bulk.
The movement of the apron retournor makes it possible to brew the parts under the jet of the turbine and thus to make sure that all the faces of the parts are exposed and treated.
The weak loads and the fragile parts are treated within an apron rubber (T-R), while the very heavy, aggressive parts with sharp or hot edges are treated in a steel steel deck (T-S).
The loading of the machine can be made by a skip and unloading by inversion of the direction of walk of the apron, on a vibrating conveyer or with band. The cycles are most of the time automatic.
Our standard range of apron shot-blasting machines retournor rubber includes capacities from 50 to 300 liters for loads going from 100 to 800 kg.

International Surface Preparation offers a wide variety of wheel blast equipment in several configurations. One of the more popular models of wheel blast equipment is a tumble blast unit.
Tumble blast machines are comprised of either a rubber or steel flighted belt that is driven within a mill, or cabinet, as the parts tumble beneath the blast wheel. Parts are batch processed in the tumble blast.
These units can are best suited for manual loading and unloading however loaders and conveyors can sometimes be utilized to provide for a semi-automated process.
Continuous tumble blast machines are available as well. These in-line units tumble parts through a tunnel by means of a rolling belt beneath a series of blast wheels.
Standard tumble blast machines range in size from 1 ½ cubic feet up to 12 cubic feet of operating capacity. Tumble blast models bigger than 12 cubic feet are available should your production require a larger machine.

Turbines are the central units of shotblasting machines regarding both the function and the wear of individual composite elements which is why they are very carefully dimensioned. Turbines have concave scoops for capturing and accelerating abrasive. Special design enables minimal wasting of abrasive and at the same time maximum transfer of energy from the motor to the abrasive. Extremely wear-resistant materials and the design of scoops provide extremely long lifespan of the turbine. Specially designed elements of the turbine enable adjustments of the angle of abrasive jet coming from the turbine, which provides exact distribution of energy to the treated object and thus reduced wear and tear of the machine as a whole.
