Filter Bags
Accept Most Standard Filter Bags:
For application versatility these all plastic housings will accept most standard 7" diameter filter bags. The single length vessel uses Size 01 bags, 7" x 16", while the double length vessel uses Size 02 bags, 7" x 32". This permits the vessel to be used with thousands of different types of filter bags to exactly match the applications requirements. With a Hayward PVC or CPVC bag filter you are not limited to just a few "non-standard" size filter bags.
Advanced Design:
This all plastic housing is designed to stand up to the most demanding industrial and commercial applications around. Rugged, thick wall construction ensures years of trouble free service and the housing is rated at a full 150 PSI. The built-in true union piping and drain connections makes installation and operation quick and easy. With this feature the filter housing can be removed from the piping system without having to break down the piping system. Just unscrew the assembly nut and remove the connecting pipe. The integral mounting base also makes for an easy installation and eliminates the need for extra cost support legs. The housing has two bottom outlet connections so that either can be used as a drain connection. This makes possible both in-line or loop piping installations. The one-piece, corrosion resistant plastic body has an extremely smooth interior surface that is very easy to clean. The housing comes standard with a plastic cover vent valve.
Easy Bag Change:
The hand-removable, no tools required, spin-off cover makes filter bag changing quick and easy. There are no swing bolts to deal with as on a metal filter housing. Just a few turns of the built in 15" cover handle opens and closes the housing with little effort.
Corrosion is Never a Problem:
A metal filter housing will ultimately rust or corrode and contaminate the process media. This can never happen with a Hayward PVC or CPVC all plastic bag filter housing, it will never rust, corrode or contaminate the process media and the housings light weight makes installation easy.

Each filter houses bag type elements mounted onto a division plate and held positively in position by means of snap rings.
The elements are manufactured from man-made cotton fibre and offer high dirt holding capacity combined with a low maintenance costs and quick change out of filter bags, making this a cost effective means of filtration.
The filter bags are fully supported in robust stainless steel support housings, and will meet the levels of efficiency corresponding to your requirements. |

Shelco ®BF series bag housings are manufactured of 304L or 316L stainless steel and carbon steel.Designed for 150 PSI (10 bar)and for temperatures to 300 °F.Protective poly coat over stainless steel is standard finish.Positive hold down spring and adjustable stainless leg assembly are standard features on the #1 and #2 size housings.

Bags for fluidised beds consist of a base - which is normally circular - from which bags spread out sideways and upwards, to be secured at their tope end to a supporting grid.
The base is fixed with a flange to a container holding the product at a specific humidity level, to be heat dried.
This container has hot air inlets, the air from which has to pass through the mixture to be dried in order to escape, so that bubbles are produced with the contact between air and product and the humidity is extracted from the product.
Due to the gradual contact between the air and the mixture, increasing amounts of powder are generated and these are dragged into the bags towards the lower pressure inside them, as more air and more powder are generated.
The bags hold the powdered product and let the air through without letting any particles into the emissions.
The fabrics used are anti-static, to avoid static build-ups which might make it harder for the powder to fall out of the bags, at the same time neutralising any possible risk of explosion.

| The filter media of the Viledon Compact pocket filters are made of break-resistant synthetic-organic fibres and microfibres - no glass fibres. The filter pockets are leak-free welded and foam-sealed into the front frame to preclude dust breakthrough. Baghouse Filter

| The filter type FBI is a filtering unit with a counter current cleaning system employed to separate pulverized solid products, which are suspended in the air or in other gaseous products. The filter is equipped with a tank to accumulate pressurized air and the sleeves' cleaning system, both contained inside the filter body. The cleaning system is controlled and managed by a cyclic electronic timer with a ?P incorporated. The filter is supplied with the work and pause sequences programmed and may be reprogrammed according to the client's requirement. It is also equipped with a three digit display to visualize the inlet differential pressure. The efficiency of the filter type FBI is within the values prescribed by the current anti-pollution italian law (d.P.R. 203/88). Its construction is also in conformity with european directive and italian law (d. Lgs. 277/91) On noise reduction in the working environment. The filter shape is cylindrical with the sleeves' extraction from the top. Its engineering is a result of the research and experience in the dry filtering with the use of sleeves and optimization of space in the plants. The air-product mixture is suctioned in the filter. The heavier product particles drop to the bottom by gravitational force whilst the lighter rise to the top and are filtered by the filtering sleeves wich are supported by steel frames. All filters may be executed in carbon steel, stainless steel Aisi 304 or Aisi 316, and aluminium. |

TURBOPOL
Rigid pocket filter in polypropylene.
ll filter TURBOPOL is constituted from a chassis in totally riciclabile polypropylene. The leaking material is in polypropylene 100% idrorepellente, antimicrobico, in class of filtration from F5 to F9, with separators anch' they in polypropylene. The filter does not introduce to its inside some metallic member, as the assemblage of the chassis and the resistor of the leaking septum concurs to avoid ulterior reinforces. The glue chassis being completely on all sides, with sealing hot melt, is lacking in any by pass of the air. The air crosses alone and exclusively the leaking septum. The leaking septum that it constitutes filter TURBOPOL is in 100% polypropylene.
The polypropylene has a density progressive, the more rough towards the outside, finer towards the inside. This characteristic detail of the material allows a better withholding of particles and consequently a greater one I accumulate of the powders. The leaking septum is folded to form of V, with a patented system, that it always previews the use of separators in polypropylene. Such characteristic assures a resistor begins them much lowland and an elevated operating life of the filter. |
