| Air-cooled booster-manufacturer of compressor with 1 stage and 2 or 3 cylinders. Many of the basic parts for example piston, cylinder and cocks are used in our well known 40 bar compresors. This machine is designed for a minimum of maintenance. The main-usage for this booster is to blow PET-bottles in combination with a screw compressor manufacturer. The results of a combination like this are competitive prices and max. profit. |

The model HIHPG3-20147 Package is a two-stage unit that
can boost 100 PSI Shop Air up to 4500 PSI and also be
powered by shop air. The advantage is no dependence on
nitrogen cylinders. Disadvantages are considerably slower
fill speeds (Even with a 10 H.P. air compressor suppliers), and the need
to Chemically Dry the air to -50°f dewpoint or better before
being boosted. |
|
| The compressors manufacturers and boosters high pressure Atlas Copco provide compressed air from 25 to 40 bars in standard version, and to 100 bars in overmeasure manufacture. For the FART applications, a special range, named PETPACK, is proposed. |

These groups are used for the setting or the maintenance under pressure of installations of water of workshops of production or the units of cleaning, but also, for the drinkable water supply and the equipment of installations of protection fire.
Of modular concept, they are assembled and regulated machines some in accordance with the requirements of the installations and are delivered completely equipped, ready to be connected on site.
They are declined in group of 1,2,3 or 4 pumps, mono or multicellular according to the required hydraulic performances.
Teams, in option, of the system speed integrated TECHNOVAR, they offer a great flexibility in use.
Maximum performances:
- Flow: 300 m3/h
- Pressure: 40 bar
- Temperature: 70°C |

| Air driven professional amplifiers are used to bring shopair pressure to a higher level. Compression ratios of 1:2, 1:4 or even higher are possible. Amplifiers can be built as a system or with a reservoir. Applications are increasing cylinderforce, pressurising shopair locally and saving the lifetime of your compressor specification by reducing your maximum pressure. |

ITW Vortec’s Round Transvectors® use a small amount of filtered compressed air to deliver a large airflow for a wide range of conveying, ventilation, drying and cooling applications. The high-flow, bladeless blowers don’t require device guards and are especially useful for removing plastic scrap and metal chips, ventilating fumes or smoke, and conveying small parts, pellets, powders and dust. As a vacuum or blowoff device, these air professional amplifiers are more compact and less expensive than variable-speed blowers and professional fans, provide instant on/off performance, and operate at low noise levels to meet OSHA requirements. Round Transvectors® are easily mounted and, with no moving parts to wear out or break, are virtually maintenance-free. Used in ducted and unducted applications, Round Transvectors® are available in several sizes, in both aluminum and stainless steel, and can deliver flow rates from 32 to 2300 SCFM.
