Measurement Specialties manufactures Piezo polymer into a concentric cable format, where the Piezo polymer is the “dielectric” between the center core and the outer braid. When the cable is compressed or stretched, a charge or voltage is generated proportional to the stress. Continuous lengths of Piezo cable are available in a variety of different gages and construction formats. As a standard product, it is offered as a 20 AWG center core with a polyethylene outer jacket, which is useful for large area sensing applications such as physical security, proximity sensors suppliers, traffic sensors and security fence transducers.
Piezo cable has a number of advantages in certain applications. Due to its coaxial design, the cable is self-shielded, allowing its use in a high EMI environment. It is extremely rugged, and will stand up to heavy loads as with truck axle counting. Its linear format makes it ideal for monitoring large areas. Two versions of the Piezo cable are offered: copolymer and spiral wrapped PVDF.

FlexLine® - corrugated sheath cables are designed for use in mobile radiocommunications networks to connect the base station and the professional antenna. Because of their outstanding transmission properties, which are well into the highest frequency bands, they are also used as jumper cables for the internal cabling of the base station and in the antenna systems for the WLL range.
The flexibility, the low attenuation values and the high screening effect all contribute towards making FlexLine® cable the top-class product that it is. |
|
Concentric cables are used in all areas of the high frequency transmission technology, for example in medicine, military or in communication sectors. Because of the wide spectrum of coaxial and video or TV cables, which HELUKABEL® has on stock, the most requirements are covered. Naturally we also offer special constructions for you.
HELUKABEL® supply RG-coaxial cables or RG-multi coaxial cables according to the american military standard MIL-C-17.
The coaxial cables for satellite professional receivers and TV aerials as well as video cables are designed according to the respective specifi ed standards. |

| Micro-Coax M-Flex is a high performance elastic cable that can be purchased in bulk on spools or reels. M-Flex is designed to match the line size of 0.141" or 0.0865" diameter semi-rigid cables, thus enabling use with a very wide variety of standard solder type connectors specifications and stripping machines. Employing all of our microwave cable shielding know-how with a solid PTFE dielectric yields a very versatile cable for users who need or want the flexibility of attaching their own connectors. |

| As the name implies, spline coaxial wiring supports the center conductor via longitudinal splines of solid PTFE dielectric inside a solid metal tube. This results in excellent impedance matching, lightweight and low attenuation but limits the minimum cable diameter to approximately 0.250 inches. Spline cables are fully vent-able and when mated to vented interconnectors, they are excellent low loss transmission line solutions for vacuum environments such as spacecraft. Although spline cables are relatively expensive and require special care to bend and install, they offer the best overall electrical performance of any coaxial transmission line. |

Jetline cold wire feeders are primarily used for gas
tungsten arc splicer (TIG) and plasma arc welding
(PAW).
They can also be used in other applications
where a controlled feed of wire is required such as
a brazing operation. |
|
CWF-10B COLD WIRE FEEDERS:
Our most popular model, available with either a two or four roll drive system. The unit is designed for mechanized applications and is supplied complete with a wire guide positioner and control.
CWF-20C PRECISION COLD WIRE FEEDER:
Has all the features of the CWF-10B but utilizes a high accuracy drive motor and control with closed loop feedback to maintain the wire feed speed to within ±0.1% of the rated speed. Four drive rolls and a clear wire spool cover are standard features.
HWP-50D HOT WIRE FEEDER:
The hot wire system is used where high deposition combined with high quality are needed. Used with the GTAW (TIG) or Plasma process, the wire is preheated before it enters the weld pool. The system can be used for the surfacing or the joining of heavy materials in most ferrous alloys, including exotic materials. |
