The AccuStream abrasive waterjet cutting head is the industry leading design. All components are designed and manufactured with exceptionally close tolerances to ensure perfect alignment. The key to the success of the head is the alignment insert. The insert effectively acts as the entire waterjet cutting head, aligning the waterjet stream to the nozzles and feeding abrasive into the cutting stream at the optimal angle. Incoming abrasive is directed in-line with the stream to the top of the abrasive nozzle. Turbulence inside the head is minimized, eliminating the need for mixing chambers and extending orifice life.

The Tilt-A-Jet lets the OMAX® JetMachining® Center achieve virtually zero taper with most materials. Waterjet Cutting Head
ACTIVE IDE PRO
Specially designed for waterjet cutting with up to 6200 bar. As the cutting head contains only a small number of individual components, it is particularly easy to handle and produces high-precision cuts. The key features of the ACTIVE IDE PRO are the precisely aligned cutting jet and the pre-filter protecting the orifice. The unit is also virtually maintenance-free. To achieve a perfect cutting jet, all you need to do is exchange the focussing tube.

The DiaLine abrasive cutting head adapts to all major manufacturers on/off valves and produces more precise parts at considerably higher cutting speeds than parts cut with conventional waterjet heads. The embedded diamond eliminates misalignment and wear caused by damaged ruby orifices. The result is improved edge quality and cutting speeds. Abrasive nozzle life increases by as much as 20%.

The modular design of the ACTIVE AUTOLINE™ II allows for fast tool-free replacement of the main wear parts such as the orifice including the mixing chamber and the focussing tube. Precise automatic cutting jet positioning, high cutting speeds and perfect cutting edge quality are the main features of this tried and tested cutting head.

The Resato cutting head type VJW is suitable for cutting with pure or for cutting with water and abrasive. The abrasive cutting head has a Long Life mixing chamber with only two wearing parts: the water nozzle and the mixing tube. The cutting head is pre-aligned. The water nozzle and the mixing tube can be replaced in a very short time without use of special tools. Thus standstill periods for the required replacement of wearing parts in the cutting head can be reduced to a minimum. Conversion to / from pure water cutting can be done rapidly.

Our CL-830 laser which is modified slightly for use in the stone cutting industry with added lens protection and a robust power supply it is made to stand up to the rigors of stone cutting.
The CL-830-B comes with the CE-HPS-800 bar mount bracket for easy mounting and a power supply that will work with either 110V or 220V. For flat mounting situations you can use our standard CE-305 bracket.

The new StarCut Generation stands for high quality and speed of cut in a compact form at attractive prices. The whole family is modular, and comprises technologically high-quality components.
The power supply with IGBT switches ensure pulse frequencies of up to 4000 Hz, and a unique pulse-to-pulse stability. The CAN-bus based controller guarantees safety and flexibility for all present and future applications. These include pulse increments of 10 µs, dynamic power control, and on-line trouble shooting.
The laser resonator, based on the proven StarMark rail concept provides high laser power with optimal brilliance of beam. Depending on the application, TEM00, TEM10, TEM20 or fiber-coupled, low-order-mode beam profiles are used. The fast shutter, with a switching time of less than 10 ms, permits holes to be cut in an economically attractive time.
In many areas, the StarCut series provides uniquely high qualities of cut. With approx. 200 installations in the areas of electronics, medical technology, and electromechanics, it has already set a standard for the industry.
