StarCut®
The new StarCut Generation stands for high quality and speed of cut in a compact form at attractive prices. The whole family is modular, and comprises technologically high-quality components.
The power supply with IGBT switches ensure pulse frequencies of up to 4000 Hz, and a unique pulse-to-pulse stability. The CAN-bus based controller guarantees safety and flexibility for all present and future applications. These include pulse increments of 10 µs, dynamic power control, and on-line trouble shooting.
The laser resonator, based on the proven StarMark rail concept provides high laser power with optimal brilliance of beam. Depending on the application, TEM00, TEM10, TEM20 or fiber-coupled, low-order-mode beam profiles are used. The fast shutter, with a switching time of less than 10 ms, permits holes to be cut in an economically attractive time.
In many areas, the StarCut series provides uniquely high qualities of cut. With approx. 200 installations in the areas of electronics, medical technology, and electromechanics, it has already set a standard for the industry.

The Tilt-A-Jet® represents the latest OMAX® innovation in the continuing search for more accurate abrasivejet machining. The Tilt-A-Jet lets the OMAX® JetMachining® Center achieve virtually zero taper with most materials. The Tilt-A-Jet can position the nozzle at an angle calculated by the software to exactly offset the taper from the abrasivejet. Taper doesn't disappear--it just gets moved to the scrap part of the material, leaving your part with exactly square edges.

The AccuStream abrasive waterjet cutting head is the industry leading design. All components are designed and manufactured with exceptionally close tolerances to ensure perfect alignment. The key to the success of the head is the alignment insert. The insert effectively acts as the entire waterjet cutting head, aligning the waterjet stream to the nozzles and feeding abrasive into the cutting stream at the optimal angle. Incoming abrasive is directed in-line with the stream to the top of the abrasive nozzle. Turbulence inside the head is minimized, eliminating the need for mixing chambers and extending orifice life.

The Resato cutting head type VJW is suitable for cutting with pure or for cutting with water and abrasive. The abrasive cutting head has a Long Life mixing chamber with only two wearing parts: the water nozzle and the mixing tube. The cutting head is pre-aligned. The water nozzle and the mixing tube can be replaced in a very short time without use of special tools. Thus standstill periods for the required replacement of wearing parts in the cutting head can be reduced to a minimum. Conversion to / from pure water cutting can be done rapidly.

These machines are easy to operate and are delivered with all options and accessories you need for cutting with water or with abrasives - at a great price! LDSA, The Automated Cutting Systems, leader in the manufacture of waterjet cutting machines on French territory presents its new generation of table type "WJA". A homogenous and modular concept using all the state of the art techniques known to date.
The whole thing is piloted by an entirely digital CNC FANUC (No.1 in the world), the latest generation, enabling ease of use and providing up till now unequalled precision in the trajectories. The very high water pressure feed is supplied by a KMT Waterjet Systems pump model SL V.
The Man/Machine interface is managed by Windows and enables all the possible developments. The system is planned to function in masked time without surveillance: numerous sensors enable the remote testing and guiding of the system via a computer network or via internet. MicroStep Group® Rotator 50°, plasma
With the help of a 3-Achsen-Rotators, headed for by a modern MicroStep CNC control for Windows, welding joint preparations (diagonal cuts) can be accomplished, as well as cuts up to an angle of 50° automatically with plasma. Thus continuously chamfers in v, Y or even K-form can be cut.
A Rotatoreinheit can at a MicroStep CNC plant, with which MG and/or SPL series, in addition with further technologies e.g. to boring, is combined marking or tubing cuts, in order to increase the flexibility of the entire plant further. The burner car for Rotator is propelled over digital DC-Servos with IRC (in X, Y, as well as Z direction) and can run separately or synchronized and position fully automatic. The distance between the burner and the material can be adjusted motor. The Energieleitungen are led across energy chains.
