Exxon Superflo High Mileage 5W-30, 10W-30, and 10W-40, are high quality engine oils that combine a seal conditioner to help prevent leaks in high-mileage engines - coupled with excellent anti-wear protection and special friction-reducing technology.
Features and Benefits
Exxon Superflo High Mileage 5W-30, 10W-30, and 10W-40 provides vital protection for high-mileage engines (typically engines with over 75,000 miles) through a combination of a seal conditioner, high quality base oils, and other performance additives. Exxon Superflo High Mileage 5W-30, 10W-30, and 10W-40 helps prevent leaks in older engines and protects engines from build up of harmful deposits, sludge and varnish. The 5W-30 and 10W-30 grades are specially formulated as ILSAC "energy conserving" to provide fuel savings benefits.

Bowman Engine & Transmission Oil Coolers are equally suitable for cooling torque converter, automatic transmission and engine oils. Being water cooled they have the advantage of freedom from accidental damage and also encourage quicker warming up of the oil, a feature which is particularly valuable in cold climates. The tube stack is fully floating so that thermal stresses are minimised and it can easily be removed should cleaning be necessary.

FEATURES and BENEFITS
Emissions
The Kubota OC60 & OC95 engines comply with EPA Tier 4 emissions regulations. These are the most stringent emissions regulations in the world in this class.
Durable Power
This engines offer a seamless transition from Tier 2 to Tier 4 by totally maintaining the same performance and physical characteristics of the previous Tier 2 engines.
Clean and Quiet Power
The Kubota OC series is an unique engine that has light-weight and compact features of an air-cooled engine together with the low noise, durability and clean exhaust emission of a water-cooled diesel engine. With ACTV (Advanced Cooling Three Vortex) system, the cylinder block air-cooled,whereas the combustion area of the cylinder head is oil-cooled.

MAMCO/LEFOO LF-20 PRESSURE SWITCH
Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. The standard diaphragm employed by Mamco is polyimide (Kapton) making it compatible with many gases and liquids. Several other diaphragm materials are available that make the switch compatible with many mediums. Various electrical terminations are available including ¼ tabs and a metric-pack connector that forms a tight seal when connected.
Because of their ruggedness the Mamco LF-20 is a popular choice for the many OEM applications.

Murphy UK now carries stock of a robust and economical pressure switch, designed primarily for monitoring engine low oil pressure.
The engine-mounted switch features direct action contacts that are factory set to close below 15 psi (field adjustable between 14 and 24 psi). Normally closed or changeover contact options are available. A polyimide Kapton diaphragm gives compatibility with air, oil or other hydrocarbon media.

AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS -SERIES AP WITH HYDRAULIC MOTOR :
This type of exchanger has been designed for use on movable machines where battery feed is insufficient or when exchangers with direct current supply are inadequate to produce high thermic yields. The radiative unit is of aluminium because this material is a very good conductor; providing high thermic yields and relatively compact over-all dimensions. Thanks to the particular construction of the radiative unit the exchangers of the series APL cope well with water hammer conditions which, at peak values, must not exceed the minimum allowable dynamic pressure of 20 bar. The maximum allowable static pressure is of 35 bar.

Oil/air heat exchangers
type LKI-HYD
Low noise level
High performance
Low cost
With this new generation of Universal Hydraulik LKI oil-coolers, the manufacturers have succeeded in reducing the noise level. These coolers are ideally suited for mobile installations - for the cooling of hydraulic or lubricating oils.
|
|
When fitting an air oil cooler in your system, the cooling medium will always be free and available. Oiltech air oil coolers are designed to resist high pressures and to provide maximum cooling capacity with regard to oil viscosity and specific heat. An air oil cooler is especially suitable for outdoor applications as an air oil cooler can never ice-up.
|
|

New in the range of the exchangers air/oil LDC for capacities of cooling up to 130 kw with a delta of 40°C These heat exchangers OILTECH have electric motor with D.C. current LDC.

AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS WITH ALTERNATING CURRENT ELECTRIC FANS - SERIE AP:
Today the use of air in hydraulic equipment is more and more common.
The benefits are: No water supply required Totally independent of plummed systems Reduced running costs in comparison with the water-oil exchangers, even if initial investment is higher
Residual warm air can be used for heating
With air-oil heat exchangers the radiator unit is of aluminium for minimum conduction.
|
|
HA Serie:
Standard air-oil combined two-circuit heat exchangers used for cooling compressors from 7.5 to 160 kW. Radiator in aluminium alloy, vacuum braze welded, with high-efficiency turbulators on the air side. Power supply of fan only in AC, blowing ventilation.
|
|
SELF-CONTAINED COOLING UNITS:
The RAS cooling units were engineered and manufactured to substitute the former GAR and OCS series with an uncomplicated and compact product. The units are made up of an aluminium air-oil exchanger and a single electric motor which operates both the oil circulation gear pump and the cooling fan.
|
|
DIRECT CURRENT AIR-OIL HEAT EXCHANGERS:
This series of heat exchangers is particularly useful in cooling oleo-hydraulic plant on mobile machinery as it is fitted with direct current 12 or 24 V electric fans. The cooling element is in aluminium, a material of high thermal conductivity, which provides high thermal yield from relatively contained dimensions. The particular conformation of the radiant block is such that APL series heat exchangers are highly resistant to the stress produced by hammering which, however, at peak value, should not exceed the maximum dynamic pressure of 20 bar. The maximum permitted static pressure is 35 bar.
|
|
HM Serie:
Air-oil heat exchanger with tank and filter, used for the cooling of hydrostatic transmissions, especially on cement trucks and concrete machines. Power supply voltage of intake fan exclusively 24 V DC.
