The 2/2 and 3/2 directional valves with electro-magnetic activation and the nominal diameters 1,5 mm, 2,5 mm and 3,0 mm are in closed position when no voltage is present. With both valve types, pressure and vacuum may be switched. The MV microvalves consist of following components:
