| Demand continues to mount for improved comfort conditioning combined with lower operating costs. New architectural designs have created real problems for contractors and engineers to maintain humidity control at reduced loads, and to control load variations. Refrigeration and air conditioning systems are usually designed to provide a given capacity at maximum conditions. These operate with little fluctuation throughout a narrow load range. However, only the larger size machines make any provisions for operation at reduced capacity. In some systems, integral cylinder unloading, the installation of a gas engine drive with variable speed control, or even multiple smaller systems, provide a logical solution. |
|
| Globe- and angle-style valves for high-pressure steam, hydrocarbon, or general service, including cavitating liquids or noisy gases and vapors. Temperatures to 537ºC and pressures to PN160 (Class 2500) and sizes from DN25 through DN100 DIN and 1 through 20 inches ANSI. ENVIRO-SEAL® and HIGH-SEAL packing systems to help ensure compliance with environmental emissions requirements. FIELDVUE® digital valve controllers. |

For operating under full pressure!
For use at extremely high pressure (ex. high pressure water jet-technology) Rötelmann offers ball valves made of high-tensile chrome molybdenum steel with a nominal pressure of PN 2.500 (nominal size DN 10). |
|
| Autoclave's high-pressure ball valves have been designed to provide superior quality for maximum performance within a variety of valve styles, sizes, and process connections for pressures to 20,000 psi. Our unique design innovations include an integral one-piece trunnion mounted ball and stem that eliminates the shear failure common in two piece designs, re-torqueable seat glands that result in longer seat life, and lower friction stem seal that reduces actuation torque and enhances cycle life. |
|
The ALBA 2-piece ball valve, with full bore, is used as an ON-OFF valve for: chemical products, for water and pneumatic installations, gas, water, vacuum. For steam within limited working conditions and with special seats. All parts have to be adequately degreased if the valve have to be used for oxygen.
Temperature: For fluids from -20°C a +150°C
Pressure: For fluids from 100 bar to 40 bar |

| The PLC series auxiliary valves are direct-acting, factory-set pressure relief valves of the cartridge type that can be supplied with or without a threaded plug. They can also be supplied with housings to facilitate in-line installation. PLC valves are intended primarily to act as combined pressure-relief and anti-cavitation valves - otherwise known as port relief valves - in the service ports of our directional valves. However, they can also be used to advantage in other situations where pressure relief valves in this size range are required. Indeed, PLC cartridge valves are purchased in great quantities by several of the world%u2019s leading pump and transmission manufacturers. |
