TSA I
Application in all the systems:
The TSA I was conceived to adapt on all new systems LDSA or already in service Its implementation does not require any adaptation and can be installed without overcost on a system already in production.
The TSA can also adapt to the other systems of the market, and for the majority without modification.
A tested technology:
The TSA was conceived by using principles simple and known, it integrates a valve into guillotine planned for an operation in an abrasive and corrosive environment.
One long period of in situ tests enabled us to validate one exceptional lifespan without any maintenance operation.
Safety:
The TSA respects all the security standards in force and is delivered with an integrated scale.
The opening of the big-bag requires cutting tool, therefore no risk that the operator cuts himself.
A strong point: facility of use:
The operation of the machines of cutting by abrasive water jet, requires an increased availability of the operator and an important autonomy for a work without operator.
With the TSA you can directly store a big bag of 1 ton or 2 tons and to have a very great autonomy.
The big bag is in charge with a means of handling (overhead travelling crane or lifting truck), it is then open via a trap door of access envisaged for this purpose. The big bag provided by LDSA does not require a cutting tool to open them on the lower part, a system "sock" is envisaged.
The big bag once opened, it is enough to open the guillotine valve and the system automatically filled SAEB ERAKAT.

Vibrating Bin Aerator
It is a very simple device made of a rubber membrane, abrasion resistant and self cleaning,
and metal pipe, and is to be mounted against the wall of a silo.
Compressed air (at 2 to 6) bar is blown through the pipe and makes the rubber membrane vibrate against the wall of the silo. At the same time, the blown air fluidizes the dust or powder contained in the silo with a 1 metre radius of effectiveness.

Bulk materials are frequently stored in hoppers and silos. To do different
environemental conditions and divers product caracteristics the discharge
and empting of such hoppers and silos can cause troubles.
On the market different discharge pads are offered. Gericke uses, beside of
its RA Bin Discharger and vibrating Bin Dischargers, aeration nozzles (flow
pad). This nozzles inject the 10 Nm3 air per hour and per nozzle in to the
hopper. By this measure the airflow fluidises the product and cleanes the
inside of the compartment.
The installation of the flow pad is very easy and simple just drill a hole
with diameter 53mm and fix the flow pad with 4 screws.

PROMOTION FLOW MUCON
PROMOTION FLOW is a system making it possible to solve the problems of flow of the products in the hoppers, silos or containers.
Stainless steel grids generally, are introduced into the conical part of the hopper. The crossing nuts and bolts which hold the grid are connected to an external medium where is fixed a pneumatic vibrator.
PROMOTION FLOW makes vibrate the contents and not the hopper.
This direct action on the product makes it possible to fight effectively against the independent factors which support the formation of a vault, a chimney or a segregation of product during the flow.
The grids are carried out to measure and will have a form different according to dimensions from the hopper to equip and the treated products.
Ideal for the products like: Reduce to starch potato, cement, lime, drinking chocolate, flour, clay...
