5t Explosion-proof Battery Electric Locomotive XK5-6/90-KBT
5t explosion-proof special usage electric locomotive was developed firstly by XEMC filled the gap of locomotive with explosion-proof special usage .divided into step-less speed regulating and step speed regulating. Thyristor chopper speed regulating was firstly used as well.
The Operating Environment:
For special explosion proof battery powered type electric locomotive.
1. The surrounding air temperature: -20±40℃
2. In most moist month, the average max, relative humidity is 95% (in the same month the lowest temperature is not higher than 25℃)
3. The site for coal mine special explosion-proof battery powered electric locomotive must be in according with the stipulations of 《coal mineral safety rule》
XK—6/90-KBT adapt to ambient condition where gas (methane) and coal exist, to haul mineral, equipments or other locomotive.
Composed by machinery part and electrical part:
1. Machinery parts include frame, running gear, double ceiling, chair, buffer, sands sprinkle, cover plank, buffer etc.
2. Electrical part include resistor, traction motor, pantograph type current collector, inverter, steerage, auto-switch, light, DC explosion-proof power meter, bolt contactor etc.
