The various PCK-press models are designed to cope with the severest demands in the production field. The design of these presses combines strength and simplicity of use. Presses and perforates plastic bottles, Tetra-pak, metallic cans, spray, etc. It remakes technical characteristics of material for better and simpler it’s further processing: separating, washing, transporting, etc.

Plastic isn't destroyed or ruined, maintains it’s value so a more simple and precise optical selection can be done. There is no breakage of iron threads of presses bales because there are no bottles with compressed air inside.
From destructed cans it is possible to obtain pure recycled metal.

HB 60E
Bihler/Minster high-speed press
With the HB 60E Bihler now includes a high-speed press in its range of products. It is based on the latest Hummingbird of the US partner Minster Machine Company. Especially for the European market Bihler combines the proven features of the Minster press with the adapted, user-friendly press control EC-P, an optimized machine design and an integrated operator protection. The HB 60E was designed specifically to meet the needs of stampers involved in the high volume production of intricate parts requiring extreme accuracy, uniformity and process security. As non plus ultra amongst the high-speed presses this machine is suited for the manufacture of highly complex parts especially for the automotive and electronic industry.
In stepless version the 600 kN press is capable of 1000 SPM with a stroke length of 15 mm making the HB 60E the fastest machine of its type in this tonnage range. Ideal for parts such as electrical laminations, small intricate parts for office machines and electronic equipment, automotive parts, long and short runs. The flexibility of the optional infinitely adjustable stroke and standard quick access slide features with motorized shutheight adjustment expand the use of the machine from punching and flat blanking to formed parts. The rigid guiding system, combined with the hydraulic clutch/brake system allows for fast starting and stopping, providing the ultimate in part precision, die life and productivity.

Machine up to 500 tonnes capacity have high quality steel one piece fabricated frames. Larger machines are manufacted with four piece construction, where the crown, two uprights and the base tightly hed togheter by four hydraulically pre-loaded steel tie rods. The slide is of high quality fabricated steel scontruction with eight adjustable bronze lined gibways. All machines are equipped with an adjustable hydraulic overload protection system and have a separate electrical control cabinet. Machines control include the following: slide adjustement indication, variable speed, lubrification monitor, bearing temperature display.

The eccentric presses series "Swan neck” are realized in composed and normalized steel; they are strengthen to the most stress parts. This type of construction is apt to support particularly onerous conditions with a high degree of rigidity.

2PACK double point double sided presses are the result of a long and fruitful cooperation with our customers. A welded and stress-relieved monobloc frame, a generously dimensioned drive and a long high-precision ram guiding system ensure perfect mechanical operation. The absence of structure below floor level avoids the need for special masonry work, while still providing an ergonomic working height. The tool zone is designed to receive an enormous diversity of tools, especially follow-on tools.
