The PROTECT PSC is a brand-new generation of a Safety PLC, which was especially designed to meet the requirements of modern production systems and complex individual machines. The modular system concept enables the user combining the input and output modules of the PROTECT PSC system in accordance with the needs of the specific application. In this way, no inputs or outputs of the modular safety system remain vacant, as it is often the case with other Safety PLCs. This means that every user can compose “his” optimal PROTECT PSC system – an economical solution. The system however offers the possibility to integrate at any time further input and output modules in the existing system, with little effort as only the software has to be changed slightly.

The LarcoMat EuroSystemª Machinery Safeguarding system has been third-party tested and certified by the BIA in Germany and SAQ in Sweden to be in compliance with all appropriate EN standards and is deemed "CE" compliant. The Larco EuroSystem is certified as a Category 3 Safety System in accordance with EN 954. The Safety Network Controller is the heart of a DeviceNet Safety Network system. The Safety Network Controller hosts the safety application program, monitors the safety inputs and controls the safety outputs. Either use it as a stand-alone controller or embedded in a DeviceNet network.

The safety-related, intelligent SIMATIC interface modules IM 151-7 F-CPU for the ET 200S are designed to meet the demands of the lower performance range.
They can be expanded in a centralized configuration with the safety ET 200S I/O modules or distributed via PROFIBUS or PROFINET. The intelligent ET 200S station can also be used as stand-alone, i.e. without PROFIBUS or PROFINET cable.
Additionally the IM 151-7 F-CPU is also available as a PROFIBUS DP master which can be used with a standard controller or as a stand-alone CPU (incl. safety modules).
The IM 151-7 F-CPU offers a combined DP/MPI interface.
Beside the IM 151-7 F-CPU offers a PROFINET interface with 3 ports. PROFINET line or ring topologies can be easily realised. E.g. additionally a programming device can be connected via the third available port. Additionally you get a comfortable access to the modules and diagnosis data by the integrated webserver.

RabbitNet is a point-to-point synchronous protocol developed by Rabbit to connect peripheral cards to a master.
The signals themselves are differential RS-422, which are series-terminated at the source. Peripheral cards and masters connect using standard 8-conductor CAT 5/6 Ethernet cables into RJ-45 female connectors.

The HC900 controller provides a cost-effective platform for combining loop and logic control. SCS is a modular control system based on CAN bus. Its great versatility allows SCS to be used either as standalone control or as main component in distributed control systems. Modular design
The Bernstein light control housing CC-3000 is especially suitable for
mounting display components or control elements, (HMI's, IPC's etc). Its
height and width are variable up to a maximum recommended size of
approx. 600 x 600 mm. Various combinations of the 55, 120 and 200 mm
wide aluminium profiles give the housing several depth possibilities.
Customer-specific housing
The light control housings CC-3000 are supplied from the factory as standard housings or as custom-built versions. The modular concept is superbly suited for customer-specific solutions. The aluminium profiles are simply cut to length and assembled with the corner modules to create various sizes. The basic housing profile sizes can be combined with each other to achieve the required housing depth.
Besides the dimensions, many other housing properties are selectable in customer-specific configuration, e.g.: the hinged side of the door
the housing configuration for suspension systems the colour of the corner modules.
The front panel is also available ready for use: machined to customer's specifications, screen printed or engraved. A checklist helps to define the required housing configuration and at the same time serves
as an enquiry and order form.

These styles have bottom entry gland plates with an adjustable, removable section and an adjustable mounting plate.
Accessories are common to the three styles. The shelf lid of LE-ME and SBA are supplied with gas springs.
The design concept of the PE console allows the installation of racks or monitors and a supplementary casing can be fitted up to the back to increase the usable depth to 500mm.
The cabinet desks are manufactured from pressbent and welded 1.5mm and 2mm sheet steel.
