The SolidC centrifugal pump is equipped with, a simply working lying outside and/or a rinsed axial face seal. Both possess being certain slip rings from acid-proof steel (AISI 329) with sliding surfaces from silicon carbide and running along slip rings from coal. During the rinsed axial face seal the sealing takes place to the atmosphere via a long-lived lip seal.
Wartungsfreundlichkeit had highest priority with the development of the SolidC - maintenance can take place fast and problem-free. So from the front used wave sealing without removing the rear wall can be exchanged in few minutes. The construction of the SolidC is appropriate special for the hygiene protection and sets for pumps of application of standards new hygiene standards.

Designed for re-circulating service in reverse osmosis and other membrane systems, the 200MS Series multistage pumps offer lower start-up and run costs due to the high efficiency, two impeller design. SB, SBI and SBN vertical multistage centrifugal pumps are powered by standard electric motor.
The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. The pump unit consists of optimized hydraulics, various types of connections, an outer sleeve, a pump head, pump base, four stay-bolts and various other parts. The pump base has suction and discharge ports on the same level (in-line). This in-line design provides a more compact design and easier installation. All pumps are equipped with a mechanical shaft seal of the detachable cartridge type. General
Dickow-pumps of series HZMR are sealless multistage horizontal centrifugal pumps, driven by a synchronous permanent magnetic coupling.
The containment shell is sealed by a confined gasket and separates the pumped liquid from the atmosphere. There are no leakage endangered dynamical shaft sealings available.
Due to the fact that 90% of pump failures are caused by leaking shaft seals, the sealless design increases the availability and reduces maintenance costs.
Field of application
HZMR-pumps are used in services where no seal leakage can be tolerated, when handling toxic, explosive and pollutive liquids and when the required differential heads are above the application range of single stage volute casing pumps.
The HZMR-pumps operate almost maintenance free, the service life is far longer than that of pumps with conventional mechanical seals.
The performance range covers capacities up to 200m3/h (880 USgpm) and differential heads up to 350mLC (1148 ft). The maximum operating temperature is approx. 200°C (392°F), allowable operating pressure is 40 bar.

General
KSM low pressure, self regulating pumps consists mainly of four elements.Volute casing with stuffing box.

Volute Casing
Casing consist of axial suction and radial discharge branch, which passes through the center line in vertical which ensures the balance of the liquid being pumped.
Stuffing Box
It is integrally cast with the volute casing and is readily accessible for the insertion of gland packing the pump can also be provided with mechanical seal.
Impeller
The impeller is of radial type with double curvaflire vanes, over hung type. The impeller is statically and dynamically balanced. with balancing holes.
Bearing Pedestal
There are basically two types of bearing pedestals which cover the ranges of pumps.Type I & Type 2. In all pedestal designs two robust deep groove ball bearing are provided for the shaft to take up radial and axial loads.
In case of heavy duties type 2 pedestal is used which has thicker shaft and larger outer diameters bearing.
