PLA-L
GEHR PLA-L is a blend of polylactic (polylactic acid), some lignine, fatty acid
and wax. This biopolymer is new to our company and can be used in temperatures ranging from -30 °C to +60 °C.
General properties:
• thermoplastic based on renewable raw materials, therefore it is ecologically
harmless and neutral in the CO2-result
• PLA-L is biodegradable
• waste disposal e.g. by composting respectively incineration
• good mechanical properties similar to ABS
• higher stiffness and a modulus of elasticity up to 2740 MPa
• good impact strength also at low temperatures up to -30 °C
• high resistance to polar solvents

Caplugs Sleeve-Web® plastic netting is manufactured in tubular styles to protect smooth, threaded, or cylindrical parts, and in sheets for flat, irregular, or nesting parts. This extruded mesh webbing is also available for compressed air cylinders.

Alliance Plastic’s has a full offering of industrial protective netting now fully stocked at all of our Alliance locations in the U.S. and Canada. Our FNC and FNH series can be used to protect virtually any form of product from damage during storage or shipping. Due to the exceptional design each part is capable of protecting a range of sizes which will cut down on a lot of excess inventory. Each size is varied by color so you could visually identify your specific parts by the color of the netting. The FNC has 7 colors for 9 sizes ranging from ¼” to 12” diameter and the FNH has 4 colors for 9 sizes ranging from ½” to 8” diameter. Colors include red, orange, blue, yellow, red, green, brown, and natural. For those applications where more durability is needed, we’ve got you covered with our FNH series which is a heavier gauge material. Extruding profiles of h.hiendl GmbH & Co.KG
The h. hiendl GmbH & CO. Kg developed, produces and sells products of thermoplastic plastics and elastomers. These profiles as in the illustration are custom-made. Here the extruding and the injection moulding procedure are used. Preferential materials are classical polyolefins, PP, polystyrene derivatives, PVC and thermoplastic elastomers as well as natural fiber composite materials from the Hiendl NFC® material system.
