An intelligent casing design ensures greater performance via better cooling thanks to an optimised cooling air supply - and dirt is kept out of the machine. As ever our PICOs are small and at just 4.8kg (PICO 162) very lightweight and compact - so are ideal for all open-air applications. They have excellent ignition and welding properties optimised for the various electrode types due to arcforcing, hotstart and antistick as standard. The small MMA professionals are idea for use in any construction site application thanks to safe welding operation with long mains supply leads, on cable drums, on weak mains systems and on a generator. Dukane's new 40 kHz, 600 watt pistol grip hand probe is an ergonomically-friendly pistol grip made of soft rubber for a comfortable feel. The compact size of this light weight tool, weighing just under .46 Kg (1 lb.,) makes it ideally suited for assemblies that are difficult to reach or too large to be assembled by a press system.
The new hand probe utilizes Dukane’s exclusive patented solid mount technology using no 0-rings for minimal deflection. Use of rugged strain reliefs, switches and industrial connectors ensures reliable operation. The unit is also compatible with all Dukane power supplies and comes with an 8 foot shielded cable. Standard wrenches can be used for ease of tool changing. Another feature of Dukane’s new hand probe is a hook for counter balance mounting or hanging for operator ease of use.
Dukane hand probes are also useful for short production runs of components requiring spot welding, staking and inserting and offer the advantages of ultrasonic assembly for a low initial investment. |

Adapter for exhaust ventilation hood (diameter 150)
We differentiate between pipetype and hosetype as well as internal and external joints. As they come with a spring support, all of the arms are self-supporting in the set position.
The exhaust ventilation hood is equipped with a throttle valve that enables the flow rate to be set individually. For lengths of 5 m and more, the arm is supplied with an additional wall-mounted boom of 2 or rather 4 m length. This is equipped with a C-beam for attaching a mechanical wire box or tools. |
