Semi-automatic filler / capper for perfumes and cosmetics products, EKO is a light and standard machine - 50% less expensive due to mass-production.
Extremely versatile, EKO is able to handle - according to the required version - the perfumes, the samples, the cosmetics liquids (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair-dye, milk, suntan milk, make-up, deodorant, roll-on, etc) and the cosmetics creams (jars, mascara).
Full range of closures : press-fit inserts and plugs, crimped pumps, screw-on pumps with torque control, clip-on or screw-on dispenser pumps (with torque control and dispenser orientation if required), press-fit actuators, flip-top caps, clip-on and screw-on caps, push-fit overcaps, opercule discs and overcaps of cosmetics creams jars, wipers and brushes for mascara.
Changeovers are quick, simple and with no tools.
Available options : dust remover ; tank for perfume or pressurized tank for cosmetics ; filling of nail varnish with ball feeding, brushes and screw-on caps deposit and explosionproof version ; UNIT machine on conveyor for additional operations (press-fitting, screw-capping) ; depucker.
EKO is particularly suited for small production runs and frequent format changeovers.

Based on WeightPack’s ESL fill-by-net weight filler, the
multiblock can run up to 200 on 1-liter PET bottles per minute
of Fruit Juices with or without Pulp and dairy drinks with Cold Fill.
The filler performs the filling function without touching the top of the bottle.
It represents the state-of-the-art technology in terms of automation and ease of cleanability, with automatic C.I.P. / S.I.P. and programmable spray cleaning (Car-Wash) for filler’s external surfaces, the filler’s cleaning procedures are entirely automated.
Multiblock concept in order to allow a compact lay-out.

This model is an automatic compact MONOBLOCK with a small footprint to accommodate our costumers that have limited floor space. It has been designed for having the monoblock features in a reduced room.

This type of machine is suitable for medium-to-high output rates. Wide range of filling systems depending on the liquids to be filled and the containers capacity. It can be supplied with bottom-up filling nozzles, used for foaming liquids, fixed nozzles, nozzles with introduction in the containers, and others. But always with a non-drip system.
Rotary filling machines are built with 12,18,24,36 or 42 filling valves for volumes up to 5.000 ml. Output rates from 4.000 up to 36.000 units per hour, depending on the products and the containers. These machines can be built to form a Monobloc system, with the rotary capping machine.

The Series CMR continuous motion rotary fillers offer high speed, high accuracy filling for a wide variety of powders and granules.
With the powder path fully sealed from the bulk feed through to the container, machine environment and containers are kept virtually dust-free. All powder contact parts are recess-free for easy cleaning and can be removed and re-assembled speedily without the use of tools.
The size of turret, number of transfer funnels and filling heads are dependent upon the production output required, size of container neck opening and powder flow characteristics. MACROMATICA is a powder macrodosing filling machine with vacuum/pressure disc system, designed for filling powders and granulates into stable, cylindrical glass or plastic bottles.
The powder dose is drawn and held by the dosing disc and then released by a compressed air jet into the filling funnels. An adjustable vibrating system of the funnels facilitates the powder flow into the bottles.
