The "RIGIDIAL" Indexing Tables are mechanisms used to transform a uniform rotary input drive into a series of equal output motions.
The Indexing plate is supported by a large diameter crossed roller bearing that can withstand considerable axial and radial forces, while retaining high levels of accuracy and rigidity.
The globoidal, nitrided or hardened and ground cam, ensures excellent wear resistance, and the pre-loaded cam followers provide accuracy in positioning.
These tables have been designed to achieve optimum performance at a very competitive price.
RIGIDIAL is available in five versions: RIG04-RIG06-RIG09-RIG19-RIG25, that allow transmitting torque from 93 (Nm) to 7.500 (Nm), with the number of stops ranging from 2 to 32. |

- The heavy-duty series "IR" Indexing Rotary Tables are mechanical cylindrical cam units that transform the uniform rotary input motion into an indexing motion of the dial plate.
They are manufactured in two new standard versions 1001 and 1301 (mm) plate diameters and with the possibility of mounting vertical and horizontal axis.
They allow torque transmission up to 49.850 (Nm).
The standard number of stations ranges from 2 to 24 and the cam indexing periods are 270°, 310° and 330°.
- The biggest "IR" Indexing tables that we manufacture are made with cylindrical cam units of the series IR1601, IR1801, IR2001, that can reach a plate diameter of 2 (m) and allow transmitting torque up to 180.000 (Nm).
The standard number of stations of these tables, of which load is supported by a bearing of large dimension ranges from 18 to 34 and cam indexing periods are 300.

The base table of the Peiseler satellite systems is a non-lifting Hirth coupling table with the housing size of up to 1,600 mm and table top up to 3,500 mm in diameter. The case hardened Hirth coupling is precision ground in one set-up. The satellites are available as Hirth coupling indexers, NC rotary units with backlash adjustable split worm drive or direct drive. Hydraulic fluid is supplied to the satellites and fixtures through controlled manifolds, or by couplings that can be connected and disconnected under pressure.
