Rheintacho hand-held devices
Rheintacho's tried and tested hand-held units record rotational speeds and run lengths. Some of them use a proximity system by shining a light beam on a reflective mark; others use a contact system with special adapters for different applications.
Redpoint hand-held digital tachometer
The redpoint hand-held digital tachometer is a compact measuring unit for proximity measurement of rotational speed.
It focuses a beam of light at a thin sticker attached to the object, which reflects it at the speed of rotation. The result appears immediately on the 5-digit LCD. The distance between the redpoint and the test object can be up to 600 mm.
Rotaro digital hand tachometer
The rotaro digital hand tachometer is a device for measuring rotational speed and velocity, as well as length. The compact device has two measuring methods. One is optical, and therefore non-contacting; the other is mechanical using an adapter and various probes.
The mechanical method uses a contact probe, which is directly attached to the axis of rotation. A measuring wheel is placed on the adapter to measure velocity or length. |

JAQUET Handheld tachometer - HO 100, HM 100 and HC 100
JAQUET HO 100 Optical Tachometer
uses precision optics and reflective tape to measure the RPM of rotating devices such as fans and gears.
JAQUET HM 100 Contact Tachometer
uses convex and concave attachments to measure RPM. It also has a built-in wheel to measure the linear surface speed of moving devices such as conveyors and treadmills.
JAQUET HC 100 Combination Set
a combination of the two mentioned above. |
|
Features:
- Contact or non-contact measurements can be selected by attaching the adapter.
- A single unit allows you to measure rotation speed, the speed of an object's perimeter, and the distance traveled along the perimeter.
- The minimum and maximum values, the final measurement, the last 10 measurements and the average of the ten measurements can be stored in memory.
- The energy-saving design allows long, continuous measurements using three manganese AA batteries. |

Monarch Instrument Pocket Laser Tach 200 (PLT200) is a digital, battery-powered portable optical tachometer, which operates up to 25 feet from a reflective target using a laser light source. The ergonomic design allows safe, direct line-of-sight viewing of both the target and the display at the same time, while providing a non-slip rubber surface for single hand operation.
Multi-Function
PLT200 is a 32 function Tachometer/Ratemeter, Totalizer/Counter and Timer (stopwatch), which is programmable in both English and Metric rates. Support is
built-in for both our optional Remote Contact Assembly (RCA) and our Remote Sensors. PLT200 has a TTL compatible Pulse Output to trigger devices like data collectors or stroboscopes. The KIT is supplied complete with a Remote Contact Assembly including concave and convex tips and a 10 cm linear speed wheel all in a latching carrying case.
Two Tachs in One
The only portable laser tachometer available with remote sensors Remote Optical Sensor (ROS-P) Gap 36 inches
Remote Magnetic Sensor (MT-190-P) Gap 0.25 inches
Remote Infrared Sensor (IRS-P) Gap 0.50 inches.
