The superheated water boilers made by Bono Energia are designed for thermal capacities ranging from 5 to 60MWt, with hot water outlet temperatures up to 260°C and pressures up to 65bar.
CTH boilers offer a reliable solution for applications such as district heating or industrial processes where hot water (under 120°) is used. For this applications an accurate temperature control and a fast thermal response are needed.
Thanks to their multi-tubular and very compact structure, CTH allow an easy installation and an overall thermal efficiency higher than 94%. The wide furnace, water tube screened, helps the thermal exchange and allows to match the most stringent NOx emissions levels. The external walls of the heaters never reach more than 20-30°C above the ambient temperature.
Up to 30MWt, thanks to their innovative design, CTH heaters are delivered in a package solution. Over 30MWt a field erection of the heater is required.
The pressure parts will be delivered in only two sections reducing the local assembly costs.
CTH heaters offer complete accessibility for cleaning and maintenance through proper inspection doors, which allow to fully inspect their interior. |

Controlled circulation, water tube boilers suitable for the production of hot water, and three gas passes.
They are realized both in vertical and horizontal version. They have elevated efficiencies (>91%) and are tested for pressures up to 36 bar and, for there dimensions, can be installed in reduced spaces.
They produce hot water in only five minutes and have minimum heat dispersions towards the atmosphere which guarantees a higher global efficiency in comparison with a traditional fire tube boiler NPR. Capacity from 116 to 10.000 kW. |

CT water tube type steam generators are the result of over 40 years experience of BONO ENERGIA in the industrial, petrochemical and power generation applications.
Engineered using the most advanced CAD systems, these generators guarantee the highest operating features, thanks to BONO's experience in heat transfer, welding technology and pressure vessel calculations. The production, carried out in Peschiera Borromeo facilities, is based on ISO 9001-2000 quality standards, with inspection plans for material, production process and final test.
CT series water tube steam generators represent a modern concept of "D" shaped desing, having two overmounted drums, expanded vertical tubes and full water walls type furnace. The water circulation inside the boiler is of the natural type.
The burner is housed inside the front water wall by means of properly shaped water tubes.

ELECTRICAL WATER HEATERS WITH SINGLE HEAT EXCHANGERS (THERMO BOILER)
Thermo boilers get its heating energy from solar collector, central heating system or electric heating element and produce potable hot water. Fluid in the serpentines provides heat transfer water to water via transferring its heat energy to water in inner tank. Thus potable hot water will be produced.
Cylinder type hot water tank and serpentines in the tanks is coated with immersing to hot galvanize. Thus anode rod is not needed and you save your time and cost for changing anode rod. Due to special coating material heat transfer is faster and heating efficient is high.
You can set desired temperature with adjustable thermostats mounted to sensor holes. When water temperature has achieved desired temperature, thermostat will send a signal then circulation and recirculation pumps will be out off service. Thus it will prevent waste operation.
DTB series boilers have additional heating elements. Thus, especially in summer periods you can provide hot water with electrical supply without using central heating system. |

| Boiler internal treatment chemicals maintain clean boiler tube surfaces and minimize corrosion - reducing the chance of overheating or failure. Control of corrosion and deposition helps increase plant reliability and availability, protects equipment, and reduces maintenance and fuel costs. In addition to controlling deposition and reducing corrosion, some treatment chemicals can reduce the tendency for boiler water to carry over to the steam - protecting superheaters and steam turbines from damage. |
