A moulded element is composed of a heating resistance of armor-plated element type, drowned in a nonferrous alloy (aluminum or bronze-aluminum) having an excellent thermal conductivity and especially studied to function under optimum conditions for exchange.
Of form punt or circular, these elements are carried out according to procedures of moulding ensuring a perfect homogeneity of the matter and thus an excellent thermal diffusion process.
The aluminum alloy is the material more employed and this, until temperatures of 400°C. Bronze replaces it then, until 650°C or more simply, when great mechanical efforts are exerted: pressure of the heating plates during the closing and of the locking of the presses for example.
