Resistances on barrels are particularly adapted for the high temperatures (until 900°C on the heating son) or when a great facility of disassembling is necessary (replacement without draining for example).
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
- the RSB consist of an assembly of ceramic cylinders bored of holes in the direction length and more commonly called "barrels".
- The exits are:
maybe without head with wire, under sheath (option: beaded wire),
maybe with terminals.
- Barrels: Ø 47 mm (head Ø 57 mm) or, Ø 58 mm (head Ø 64 mm).
- Length under head (LST): minis 100 mm, maximum until several meters.
Heating length (LC): minis 50 mm (by multiple of 50 mm).
- Power: up to 10 W/cm2 over the heating length.
- Tension: of 24V until 440V.
Single-phase current with 2 or 4 exits
Three-phase current with 3,3 + 1 commun run or 6 exits.
