Finned heater
200 - 3 000 W
acim jouanin
Intended for the heating of the air or gas in natural or forced convection, they are used in the static unit heaters and batteries, drying ovens, tunnels of drying,...
The minimal speed of air recommended is of 2,5 m/sec.
Range of resistances:
- Resistances to rectangular wings: 25 X 50 mm
- Resistances to rectangular wings: 40 X 70 mm
- Resistances to spiral wings
Features:
- Rectangular Wings 25 X 50 mm or 40 X 70 mm assembled on tubes armor-plated out of stainless steel or spiral wings on tubes armor-plated out of steel, according to model.
- Wings out of alloy aluminum/zinc, stainless AISI 304 or nickel-plated steel.
- Wings crimped or fixed by brazing at the furnace, unitairement.
- Particular Lengths, powers, tensions and exits can realized after study.
The Councils:
- In natural convection, an assembly flat, with horizontal, guaranteed best thermal dissipation.
- The temperature of environment is max. 200°C for the models out of steel and aluminum/zinc, 300°C for the models any stainless. The temperature on the terminals should never exceed 100°C.
- These temperatures are to be respected according to speeds of circulation of air.
