- For applications requiring lower temperatures of use, there are alternative solutions containing other electrical insulators.
- The heater is engraved, by using a technology similar to that of the printed circuits.
It is then placed between 2 layers of electrical insulator of
even material.
- There are 2 types of electric insulation:
Insulation by kapton: conceived for the applications requiring a weak degasification, resistant to the substances corrosive and conceived to work vacuum.
Temperature max: 200°C
Insulation by polyester: model of resistance studied as being an economic solution to the other types of electric insulation.
Temperature max: 120°C
- Manufacture according to directives EEC, EMC and this on the low tensions.
- Resistances carried out to measure.
